C型机架压力机——也称为开式或可倾式压力机——具有C形机架,三面开放。这种开放性既是其优势也是其弱点。开放的喉口使模具接近快捷、换模迅速,压力机购买和维护成本低,这就是C型机架主导加工车间、原型制作和短到中等批量的原因。吨位通常跨度为30–400吨,速度从每分钟30到400次行程,取决于尺寸和驱动。

弱点是挠曲。开放的C形在负载下会弯曲——行程底部间隙略微张开——因此随着吨位增加,模具会看到变化的对中。对于公差宽松的零件、二次操作和短批量,这没问题且经济。对于长批量中的严格公差,这是错误的工具:模具磨损不均,零件随着压力机升温、间隙变化而漂移。如果您的零件在长批量中成形特征需要优于约±0.1毫米,或者您的模具具有必须保持对中的多个工位,直边式是诚实的答案。

直边式压力机:保护模具的刚性

液压 vs 机械 vs 伺服驱动:第二个维度
