规划手动或半自动送料。过渡模可能没有全级进模的导正和带料导向,因此零件间定位较宽松。这对于功能零件没问题,但不适用于为自动化装配线供料的零件。当转向生产时,同一图纸将重新排样为带导正销和导正控制的级进模。
