气门弹簧的旋转疲劳测试

为什么旋转疲劳测试比静态载荷测试更重要

如何建立一个有意义的疲劳测试计划?

产生可用数据的测试计划遵循明确的顺序。

步骤1:定义使用条件

确定安装高度、开启高度、最大升程、工作温度和预期循环次数。对于乘用车气门弹簧,通常是在120–150 °C下10^8次循环。对于工业压缩机气门,可能是在较低应力下10^9次循环。

步骤2:建立基线

在高于预期疲劳极限的应力水平下测试生产批次中的5到10个弹簧。记录失效循环次数和断裂位置。这给你一个分散带,而不是单一数字。

步骤3:运行阶梯法或概率单位法

为了高效地找到疲劳极限,使用阶梯法:在一个应力水平下测试,根据通过/失败向上或向下步进,并运行15–20个试样。结果是统计上可辩护的疲劳极限,而不是轶事。

步骤4:通过载荷测试验证

如果弹簧不再提供其额定载荷,疲劳寿命就毫无意义。将每次疲劳运行与弹簧载荷测试配对,按间隔进行——通常在0、10^5、10^6和10^7次循环时。

步骤5:记录和追溯

记录每个测试弹簧的线材炉号、卷簧机、喷丸参数和热处理批次。没有可追溯性,疲劳结果对下一次生产运行不可操作。

决定疲劳寿命的设计和制造因素

疲劳性能在很大程度上在第一个测试循环之前就已确定。最重要的变量:

  • 线材质量——洁净度评级和夹杂物含量主导疲劳分散性。对于高周应用,真空脱气或气门级线材不是可选项。
  • 弹簧指数——气门弹簧的目标为6到9。低于4时,螺旋内径上的应力集中成为限制因素。
  • 表面光洁度——划痕、拉拔痕迹和脱碳都充当裂纹起始点。
  • 喷丸——必须规定强度和覆盖率,而不是假设。
