琴钢丝弹簧:牌号、供应与性能

琴钢丝到底是什么?

ASTM A228(美国)和EN 10270-1(欧盟)

ASTM A228是琴钢丝的经典美国规范。在欧洲,等效系列是EN 10270-1,它按强度等级对派登处理冷拉弹簧钢丝进行分类:SL(静态,低)、SM(静态,中)、DM(动态,中)和DH(动态,高)。DH级在强度和疲劳行为方面与A228最接近。

直径和公差

琴钢丝按标准直径供应,公差由规范定义。根据经验,公差随直径减小而收紧——0.5 mm钢丝可能保持在±0.01 mm,而4 mm钢丝可能为±0.03 mm。这很重要,因为弹簧刚度与钢丝直径的四次方成正比;微小的直径误差会变成很大的载荷误差。

可以预期什么性能?

琴钢丝的主要数据对于其价格而言令人印象深刻,但它们也有明确的限制。

强度和模量

对于典型的1.0 mm琴钢丝,抗拉强度在1,700–2,000 MPa范围内,具体取决于确切的牌号和拉拔工艺。剪切模量通常取约79.3 GPa,弹性模量约206 GPa。这些值直接用于弹簧刚度计算,因此值得尽早确定。

疲劳和应力极限

只要将修正应力保持在抗拉强度的大约40–45%以下以实现无限寿命,并保持在约60%以下以实现几十万次的有限寿命,琴钢丝在循环使用中表现良好。超过该值,预计会发生松弛并最终断裂。喷丸处理和预压(强压处理)都能显著提高实际疲劳极限。
