铬硅弹簧:高疲劳与耐高温

铬硅弹簧实际能耐多高温度?

这是最常促使工程师选用铬硅的问题,值得仔细回答,因为具体数值取决于您愿意损失多少性能。

铬硅弹簧通常额定连续使用温度可达约 250 °C。超过此温度,松弛加速:弹簧不会熔化或突然失效,只是会损失载荷。其机理是应力松弛——回火马氏体中的位错在持续载荷下重新排列,自由长度和给定变形下的载荷都会向下漂移。

在温度下 100 小时后,对于应力约为抗拉强度 40% 的弹簧,指示性松弛行为:

疲劳是铬硅赢得声誉的领域。弹簧很少因单次过载而失效;它们因表面或次表面缺陷处萌生裂纹,并在每次循环中扩展一点,直到钢丝无法再承载而失效。

铬硅通过三种方式抵抗这一过程。回火后较高的硬度——通常 45–50 HRC——提高了裂纹萌生所需的应力。A 级形态下更洁净的冶金质量减少了夹杂物数量,而夹杂物是弹簧钢丝中最常见的裂纹萌生点。并且它对喷丸响应非常好,使钢丝外层 0.1–0.3 mm 处于压缩状态。

旋绕比的作用

铬硅弹簧的制造考虑

在大多数供应链中,铬硅是一种先卷制后热处理的材料,但钢丝到达弹簧制造商时已经淬火回火。这决定了工艺。

卷制

喷丸与精加工

凡疲劳重要之处均指定喷丸。之后,铬硅几乎总是需要涂层以防腐蚀:镀锌、用于更高温度和更好盐雾性能的锌镍,或用于成本敏感零件的磷化加涂油。请注意,在这些硬度水平下电镀会引入氢脆风险,因此电镀后烘烤是标准做法。

磨削与公差

当以下至少一项成立时选择铬硅:

  • 工作温度在 120 °C 至 250 °C 之间。
  • 您需要在最小空间内获得最大载荷,并能接受涂层以防腐蚀。
  • 弹簧将作为受控工艺的一部分进行预压和喷丸。

以下情况不要选择:

  • 环境腐蚀性强且不能接受电镀——使用 302/304 或 17-7 PH。
  • 温度持续超过 250 °C——改用 Inconel 718、Inconel X-750 或 17-7 PH。
