拉伸弹簧端部类型:钩、环及配置

简短回答:主要的拉伸弹簧端部类型有机器钩(全环、半环、短钩)、侧环、交叉环、延长钩以及螺纹或锻压端。机器钩是默认且最便宜的选项,与弹簧体在线成型,无需额外模具成本。当弹簧需要沿不同轴线拉伸时,使用侧环和交叉环;当装配需要长距离延伸或螺栓连接时,则采用延长钩或螺纹端。端部类型会改变自由长度、钩部应力集中以及弹簧在其锚点上的就位方式——因此应在订购线材之前指定,而不是之后。BQUQ 在东莞的同一四条生产线上自主成型所有标准端部类型。

为什么端部类型比大多数买家预期的更重要

对于压缩弹簧,端部只需平放即可。对于拉伸弹簧,端部承载整个工作载荷。弹簧施加的每一公斤力都通过两个小弯曲的线材传递,这些弯曲处的横截面通常仅为弹簧体直径的 60–70%,且弯曲内侧的应力集中系数约为 1.3 至 1.6。

这就是拉伸弹簧很少在弹簧体中部失效的原因。根据我们自己生产车间的拉力测试数据,我们在退回样品中看到的大多数拉伸弹簧失效都始于钩部圆角,而不是线圈。如果指定了错误的环,弹簧体甚至还未达到设计应力,就可能损失 20–40% 的额定负载能力。

端部类型还决定了弹簧的自由长度、安装长度以及所连接支架的几何形状。在模具切割后从机器钩改为延长钩,通常意味着配合件上需要新的夹具。在询价阶段就确定正确。

标准拉伸弹簧端部类型有哪些?

实际图纸中你会看到六大类。下表总结了它们、典型应用及相对成本。

机器钩——全环、半环和短钩——是默认选项,因为它们在卷簧机上与弹簧体同一道次成型。无需单独设置、额外人工或额外夹具。如果您的应用可以接受这三种之一,您将获得最低单价和最短交货期。

侧环、交叉环和延长钩需要二次成型步骤。在我们的生产线上,这通常是专用的线材成型工位或小型 CNC 弯曲腿。它增加了一次设置,但在批量生产时单件成本仍然适中。

全环与半环:实际区别

全环使线材返回弹簧体,闭合环。这会将载荷分布在钩的整个圆周上,提供最佳疲劳寿命。这也意味着钩占据更多轴向空间——每端通常增加 1.5 至 2 个线径的额外自由长度。

半环在返回弹簧体之前停止。它更短、材料成本更低,适合更紧凑的凹槽,但载荷路径不太平衡,在高拉伸下钩容易张开。半环用于静态或低循环应用,而当弹簧承受超过约 100,000 次循环时,应使用全环。

短钩及其可接受的情况

短钩本质上是部分弯曲——通常 90° 至 120°——而不是闭合环。它常见于线径小于约 0.4 mm 的非常小的弹簧,因为弯曲全环会使线材过度加工硬化。

短钩也用于弹簧钩在销上而不是穿过孔的情况。如果销是固定的且负载轻,短钩完全足够。如果弹簧可能从销上滑脱,则不行。

侧环和交叉环:当拉力非轴向时

有时弹簧无法沿自身中心线拉伸。锚点偏移,或装配需要两个连接点,或弹簧必须避开障碍物。

侧环在弹簧体平面内成型但偏向一侧。当弹簧需要绕过凸台或连接到杠杆臂时,这是一个很好的解决方案。代价是环根部的弯矩,与居中的机器钩相比会降低疲劳寿命。

交叉环——有时称为双环或交叉环——将两个环垂直于弹簧体轴线。它提供对称的两点连接,有助于避免弹簧在负载下扭转。成本更高,因为两个环必须成型并相互对齐。

延长钩和螺纹端

延长钩就是具有更长腿的钩。腿可以是直的,也可以是成型的——弯曲、偏移或形成特定轮廓以匹配配合特征。延长钩常见于汽车内饰机构、家电锁扣和医疗设备装配中,弹簧需要跨越间隙。

螺纹端和锻压端是不同类别。这里弹簧端部根本不是钩,而是机加工或成型的终端:内螺纹、外螺纹或锻压接头。当弹簧必须螺栓或螺纹固定而不是钩住时使用。它们几乎总是二次机加工操作,并将弹簧从标准件变成小型装配件。

如果您的设计需要螺纹端,请在询价阶段提及——它影响材料选择,因为对硬化弹簧线材进行螺纹加工不切实际,您可能需要将端部接头指定为单独组件。

端部类型如何影响弹簧性能?

改变端部类型会改变三件事。

自由长度。全环每端增加约 1.5–2 个线径。半环增加约 1 个线径。延长钩可增加 10 个线径或更多。如果您的安装腔体固定,端部类型直接决定剩余用于线圈的弹簧体长度。

应力集中。钩弯曲内侧的应力集中系数通常在 1.3 至 1.6 之间。这意味着即使弹簧体完全在其设计应力范围内,钩也可能是限制特征。这是弹簧“计算没问题”但在测试中失效的最常见原因。

关于钩部应力和旋绕比的说明

如何在图纸上指定拉伸弹簧端部

良好的拉伸弹簧图纸应明确指定端部类型。像“两端带钩”这样模糊的注释会导致返工。

包括以下细节:

  • 端部类型名称——全环、半环、短钩、侧环、交叉环、延长钩。
  • 环方向——与弹簧体成一直线,或旋转指定角度。如果两端相互成 90°,请说明。
  • 环内径——环必须避开的孔或销,带公差。
  • 钩长度——从弹簧体端部到环外侧测量。

钩端部的材料和表面处理

钩是冷成型弯曲,因此会使线材加工硬化。这通常没问题,但对两类材料很重要。

奥氏体不锈钢如 302 和 304 容易加工硬化。紧的钩弯曲会使线材局部变脆,这就是非常小的不锈钢弹簧通常使用短钩而不是全环的原因。如果您的不锈钢弹簧钩很紧,请在成型后要求进行去应力处理。

碳钢如琴钢丝和油淬火回火钢丝能很好地成型钩并保持。它们是高循环机器钩弹簧的默认选择。它们确实需要表面处理——镀锌、粉末涂层或磷化加油——因为裸碳钢会首先在钩处生锈。

镍合金和铍铜用于弹簧承受高温或需要非磁性的场合。这些材料上的钩通常以更大的半径成型以避免开裂。

端部制造:生产线上实际发生的情况

在 BQUQ,拉伸弹簧在我们东莞一家工厂的四条生产线上使用 CNC 卷簧机卷绕。机器钩在线成型:卷簧机卷绕弹簧体,然后凸轮驱动的指状工具在切割弹簧之前弯曲两端的环。这就是机器钩不收取模具费的原因。

侧环、交叉环和延长钩从卷簧机出来时带有直腿,然后送到二次线材成型工位。在那里,专用工具将腿弯曲至图纸要求。对于小批量或原型工作,我们可以在 CNC 弯线机上成型腿,从而完全避免切割硬模具。

成型后,根据材料和应用要求对弹簧进行去应力处理,然后进行表面处理和检验。钩的几何形状在光学投影仪或视觉系统上对照图纸进行检查,并在校准的测试仪上在指定测试长度下验证负载。
