定制弹簧询价:究竟需要提供哪些信息

简短回答:提供六项信息——带有弹簧类型的图纸或草图、线径和材料、控制尺寸(自由长度、外径/内径、支腿或钩环几何形状)、工作位置处的载荷或刚度、端部配置,以及表面处理和年用量。如果没有图纸,可发送带有标尺的照片、样品,或仅提供指定高度下的力值;BQUQ在12个工作小时内报价螺旋弹簧,并接受灵活的起订量,因此不完整的询价仍可推进。最常见的报价延迟不是价格谈判,而是缺少线径或未指定载荷点,这迫使在计算刚度之前先进行一轮询问。

定制弹簧是少数几个缺失一个数字就可能导致价格变化40%的机加工零件之一。仅线径一项就决定了刚度、应力、圈数和材料成本。这就是为什么询价阶段值得比通常更多的关注——大多数采购员将其视为形式,然后疑惑为什么两家供应商的报价相差两倍。

报价定制弹簧所需的最低信息是什么?

绝对底线是:弹簧类型、线径、外径、自由长度,以及一项载荷或刚度要求。其他都是细化。有了这五个数据点,弹簧工程师可以计算有效圈数、弹簧刚度、工作位置处的应力,以及设计在您指定的材料中是否可制造。

低于这个底线,报价就变成了猜测。要求“大约20毫米长、相当硬的弹簧”无法负责任地定价,因为“相当硬”在刚度上跨越了大约一个数量级。

首先确定弹簧类型:压缩、拉伸还是扭转?

不同的弹簧系列需要图纸上不同的几何形状。发送错误系列的数据会浪费一次往返。

压缩弹簧

您需要自由长度、密实高度(或最大压缩高度)、外径或内径、线径,以及一个或两个位置处的载荷。端部类型很重要:并紧磨平、并紧不磨平或开口。并紧磨平端部提供最平坦的支撑面和最可预测的安装长度,但增加了磨削工序和成本。

拉伸弹簧

添加:钩类型(全圆钩、半圆钩、侧钩、英式钩)、钩相对于主体的方向、初拉力(牛顿)和最大拉伸长度。初拉力是在施加任何载荷之前将圈拉在一起的力——这是一个真实、可测量的规格,经常被忽略。

扭转弹簧

添加:自由状态下的支腿角度、支腿长度和样式(直、弯、钩)、旋向(右旋或左旋),以及指定旋转角度下的扭矩。扭转弹簧在卷紧时还会产生直径减小效应,因此请说明弹簧所套的芯轴或轴直径。

应该指定哪种弹簧材料?

材料选择决定了耐腐蚀性、耐温能力、磁性能和成本。如果您的应用没有特殊要求,琴钢丝(ASTM A228)或油淬火回火钢丝是压缩和拉伸弹簧的默认选择,也是最便宜的途径。

两个实际警告。首先,从碳钢切换到不锈钢会改变模量约10-12%,因此相同几何形状会产生不同的刚度——始终重新指定载荷,而不仅仅是材料。其次,如果弹簧将进行电镀,请在报价前告知供应商:高强度钢弹簧的氢脆消除是一个真实的工艺步骤,具有真实成本,必须提前计划,而不是事后添加。

如何指定公差和载荷而不过度约束零件?

这是经验丰富的采购员与初学者的区别所在。一张同时指定自由长度±0.05 mm、刚度±2%和载荷±1%的图纸要么昂贵,要么无法制造,因为这些公差相互作用。

可行的方法:

  • 对载荷进行公差控制,而不仅仅是几何尺寸。 弹簧的功能是在某个位置提供力。给出工作高度处的载荷,并设定一个现实的公差带,一般工业用途通常为±10%,敏感应用为±5%。
  • 让自由长度略微浮动。 自由长度是圈数和节距的结果。如果您严格控制载荷,自由长度通常可以放宽到±1 mm或更大而不影响功能。
  • 仅当弹簧位于孔内或平板之间且垂直度和平行度重要时,才指定它们。
  • 说明工作温度范围。 松弛和材料降额取决于此。

发送您拥有的东西。按有用性排序:

1. 一个样品弹簧,即使损坏。我们测量线径、外径、自由长度、圈数和刚度,然后逆向工程规格。

2. 一张带有钢尺的照片。这让我们确定系列和大致尺寸,足以开始对话。

3. 用文字描述功能要求:“必须在15 mm孔内30 mm压缩时保持2 kg,户外操作。”这足以让工程师提出设计。

4. 腔体图纸或配合零件。 通常限制是孔,而不是弹簧。

从样品逆向工程弹簧是常规工作。输出是一份您在生产前批准的规格表,这也成为批次的检验依据。

应该如何比较不同供应商的弹簧报价?

仅凭价格比较是不好的,因为弹簧报价隐藏了假设。将它们标准化:

  • 载荷点是否相同? 15 mm的报价和18 mm的报价不可比。
  • 材料是否相同牌号和相同线材来源? “不锈钢”不是规格。
  • 是否包含表面处理? 钝化、电镀和应力消除经常被排除。
  • 模具费是一次性收费还是摊销? 两者都可以;知道您面对的是哪种。
  • 检验依据是什么? 询问载荷公差和抽样计划。

问:弹簧载荷应该设定什么公差?
