磷青铜弹簧:导电性与弹簧性能

在弹簧工作中最常遇到的两种牌号是:

  • C51000(“5% A”磷青铜)——名义成分 94.8% Cu、5% Sn、0.2% P。通用弹簧和触点牌号。成形性好,疲劳寿命好,强度适中。

回火和热处理如何影响弹簧性能?

磷青铜弹簧几乎总是以回火状态供应——线材被冷拉至规定压下量,从而设定其强度和硬度。常见牌号从退火到四分之一硬、半硬、硬和弹簧回火。对于弹簧,您通常需要硬或弹簧回火。

成型后的去应力退火

弹簧指数和弯曲半径

弹簧指数(平均线圈直径除以线径)低于约 4 会使卷绕困难,并将应力集中在螺旋内侧。由于磷青铜的模量较低,设计师有时会追求非常紧的指数以获得特定刚度——请抵制这种做法。尽可能保持指数在 5 或以上,并遵守弹簧回火下约 1 倍线材厚度的最小弯曲半径。
