比较来自中国的CNC报价:价格差异意味着什么

简短回答:对同一个机加工零件从中国获取三份报价,你通常会看到价格相差2-3倍。这种差异很少是因为工厂贪婪或不称职——通常是每份报价中隐藏的不同假设:公差等级、材料等级、是否包含表面处理、检验深度以及数量折扣。一个4美元的零件和一个12美元的零件可能是同一个零件在不同规则下的报价。你的工作是在比较数字之前先比较假设。

每周都有买家给我们发来图纸并说“另一家工厂的报价是你们的一半。”有时那家工厂确实更便宜。但通常它假设了±0.5毫米,而图纸要求±0.05毫米;报价了国产6061,而图纸要求带MTR的6061-T6;或者悄悄省略了阳极氧化、去毛刺、检验报告或包装。作为东莞一家每天加工零件的源头工厂,我们更希望你理解价格差异,而不是盲目追求低价。本指南展示了报价之间实际存在的差异以及如何公平比较。

价格差异从何而来

一份CNC报价是一系列决策的组合,每个决策都会影响价格。按影响程度大致排序,最大的杠杆是:材料等级和来源、公差解读、表面处理范围、数量和批次假设、检验和文档以及运费条款。两家工厂对同一个STEP文件报价,可能在每一项上都不同,最终价格相差200%,而各自在自己的标准下都是“正确”的。

因此,对任何低价报价的第一个问题不是“为什么这么便宜”,而是“你假设了什么”。用你实际的公差、材料和表面处理要求来回答的工厂,报价的是同一个零件。含糊其辞说“标准做法”的工厂,报价的是另一个零件。

公差:价格差异中最昂贵的词

公差假设通常是低价报价的根源。图纸上写着“一般公差ISO 2768-mK”,意味着大多数尺寸±0.1毫米,机加工特征超过30毫米时±0.3毫米——足够宽松,可以快速加工。而带有GD&T标注、真实位置0.05和轴承孔±0.01毫米的图纸则完全是另一回事:更慢的进给、更多的刀具走刀、三坐标测量时间、更多的废品。如果低价报价忽略了你的标注,那就不是比较,而是不同价格的不同产品。

材料等级和证书假设

表面处理和二次加工:包含还是排除?

数量、设置成本和隐藏的单件计算

设置成本——编程、夹具、首件检验——是分摊到批次中的固定费用。10件时可能占报价的50%;1000件时几乎消失。将一家工厂500件的报价与另一家100件的报价进行比较是没有意义的,而且工厂在你给出范围时通常会假设“最佳数量”来报价。说明确切数量并询问设置费用。然后检查下降幅度:从10件增加到100件,单件价格应大致降低30-50%;从500件到5000件则降幅小得多,因为材料和周期时间现在占主导。如果报价不随数量下降,工厂要么在设置费上加价,要么没有计划高效地运行你的零件。

如何像工程师一样比较三份报价

制作一页纸的比较,而不是凭感觉。列:材料等级+证书、所报价的公差等级、包含的表面处理、包含的检验、设置费、你确切数量下的单件价格、模具成本、交货时间、运费条款和付款条款。将相同的图纸、相同的数量、相同的表面处理规格放在所有三家面前。然后阅读数字:在每一行都符合你规格的最便宜报价才是真正的低价报价。悄悄在某一行不符合的报价并不便宜,而是不完整——追求它通常会导致返工、加急费用或最后一刻更换供应商。这与我们的CNC RFQ指南和更广泛的中国采购危险信号列表中描述的纪律相同,只需二十分钟。
