CNC数量阶梯价:单价在哪里下降

简短回答:CNC单价从1件到50件急剧下降,到约1,000件前持续下降,之后大幅趋平。早期的大幅下降是固定成本摊销——编程、工装和首件检验分摊到整个批次。超过几千件后,材料和加工周期占主导,曲线几乎变平。如果您的年用量足够高,正确的做法根本不是争取更好的CNC价格:而是切换到另一种工艺。在BQUQ,我们加工精度达±0.005 mm,并在12个工作小时内报价,因此您可以在实际图纸上看到真实的阶梯价。

采购方经常要求“10件、100件和1,000件的价格”,然后把这些数字当作线性关系来解读。它们并不是。理解曲线为何弯曲,既能告诉您在哪里采购,也能告诉您何时停止采购CNC。

为什么CNC价格曲线会弯曲

一份CNC报价包含三个成本层:每单的固定设置成本、每件的材料成本和每件的加工周期成本。只有后两项随数量变化。

设置成本是固定的。编程、工装设计、刀具选择和首件检验报告每个零件号只发生一次,无论您做多少件。做1件时,该成本完全由那一个零件承担。做1,000件时,它被除以一千,实际上消失了。

材料有轻微的批量优势。大批量购买棒料或板材通常能从钢厂或分销商获得小幅折扣,但这只是几个百分点,而不是采购方期望的5倍波动。定制挤压是另一回事,需要单独的模具。

加工周期几乎不随数量变化。主轴在10,000件时并不会比100件时转得更快。车间可能会在程序验证后略微改进,但每件的加工时间基本不变。

这就是全部机制:当固定设置成本被分摊时,价格快速下降;一旦完全吸收,就不再下降。

最大的单一步降发生在1件到50件之间。这就是为什么在1件打样并需要小批量试产的采购方应该提高数量,而不是为同样的设置成本支付两次。

这里有两点需要解读。第一,下降是真实的,值得追求——1,000件的单价可能不到单件价格的十分之一。第二,从1,000件到5,000件的下降很小;您不再是通过数量降低设置成本,而只是在购买材料。这就是CNC已经不再因数量而奖励您的信号。

CNC何时不再是正确的工艺

当年产量超过几千件时,问题不再是“你们最好的CNC价格是多少”,而是“CNC是否是合适的工艺”。连续冲压、压铸或注塑在大批量下单位成本可以是CNC的三分之一到十分之一——前提是您接受模具费用和首件交期。

如何正确询问阶梯价

发送一份图纸,并要求四到五个数量层级的价格:1、10、100、1,000和5,000。要求供应商为每个层级说明设置成本是否为一次性费用,以及是否包含模具。这个单一答案通常比单价更重要,因为一份“便宜”的大批量报价如果包含大额模具费用,总成本可能比您拒绝的CNC价格更高。

问:获得真正CNC价格优惠的最小订单数量是多少?

问:为什么几千件后价格不再下降?
