CNC攻丝问题:丝锥断裂与解决方案

简短回答:CNC中大多数丝锥断裂源于四个原因——攻丝底孔尺寸错误、盲孔排屑不畅、对于材料而言速度或进给过高,以及丝锥与孔之间的跳动。首先解决底孔尺寸和排屑问题;这两个问题解决的断锥数量比任何其他措施都多。在不锈钢和其他易加工硬化的材料中,使用挤压丝锥或螺纹铣削代替切削丝锥可以消除大部分风险。在BQUQ,我们加工精度达±0.005 mm,并在切削丝锥易断处采用螺纹铣削,因此请发送图纸,在12个工作小时内获取报价。

四个根本原因

1. 攻丝底孔尺寸错误

底孔太小会使丝锥过载并断裂;孔太大则会产生强度不足的螺纹。标准尺寸设定为约75%的螺纹啮合率。对于公制螺纹,攻丝底孔为公称直径减去螺距:M6×1.0使用5.0 mm钻头,M8×1.25使用6.8 mm,M10×1.5使用8.5 mm。对于英制螺纹,1/4-20使用5.1 mm,5/16-18使用6.6 mm,3/8-16使用8.0 mm。

2. 盲孔排屑不畅

盲孔是丝锥的致命弱点。切屑无处可去,因此堵塞容屑槽,导致扭矩急剧上升。解决方法:使用螺旋槽丝锥将切屑向上排出;钻孔深度大于螺纹深度,以便在最后一个完整螺纹下方留有容屑空间;在深孔中使用啄式攻丝。经验法则:钻孔深度至少比所需螺纹深度深一个螺纹大径。

3. 速度和进给过于激进

每种材料都有其攻丝速度。铝材可承受高速和粗牙距;不锈钢则不行。速度过快会使丝锥在切削刃前方加工硬化材料,从而大幅增加扭矩。在不锈钢中,降低速度并使用更多润滑剂可防止导致丝锥断裂的硬化。

4. 跳动与对中

如果丝锥与孔不同心,一侧刃口承受载荷并折断。使用攻丝夹头,确保丝锥和底孔在同一轴线上,并检查主轴和夹头的跳动。刚性、对中的设置可将硬材料上的断锥率减半。

避免问题的替代方案

挤压(无屑)攻丝

挤压丝锥使材料发生塑性变形而非切削,因此没有切屑堵塞,螺纹强度更高。它需要稍大的底孔,在盲孔和易产生切屑问题的材料中表现优异。最适合用于延展性材料。

螺纹铣削
