键槽与槽的加工:方法与公差

侧铣

对于开放槽,使用三面刃铣刀或薄锯片铣刀一次走刀切出宽度,比插铣具有更好的宽度控制。适用于从零件端部延伸出的槽。

拉削

拉刀是一种多齿刀具,推或拉过孔或沿槽移动,逐步切削。对于轮毂内的内部键槽——经典案例——拉削可产生直侧边、平底,宽度公差在 ±0.015 mm 范围内。每种宽度需要专用拉刀,因此适合重复性工作。

插削/刨削

单点刀具往复运动以切削键槽或槽。比拉削慢,但对于单件加工和难以触及的特征经济实惠。

EDM

线切割或电火花成型加工可在淬硬材料或复杂几何形状中切割槽和键槽,公差极佳,但成本更高、周期更慢。

键槽宽度公差是关键

键在轴键槽和轮毂键槽中都是精密配合。标准做法是使轴键槽宽度比轮毂键槽稍紧,这样键压入轴中并在轮毂中滑动。根据 ISO 和 DIN 实践,轴键槽宽度控制在约 N9,轮毂为 JS9,键相应配合。具体数值取决于键尺寸和标准,但原则不变:两个键槽不使用相同的公差等级。
