机加工零件文档:图纸、证书与报告

简短回答:一份文档齐全的机加工订单包括受控图纸、可追溯原材料批次的材料证书、覆盖关键尺寸的检验报告以及合格证书。受监管行业还需增加首件检验报告(FAI),必要时还需PPAP。采购方应询问哪些文件默认随货提供、哪些需要额外收费,因为“我们什么都能提供”通常意味着没有标准配置。

文档是机加工订单中直到缺失才会被注意的部分。当零件在现场失效、审核员要求可追溯性,或客户的质量体系要求记录时,图纸和证书就是你和无法回答的问题之间的屏障。以下说明每份文件是什么、何时真正需要,以及如何将要求纳入询价(RFQ),避免事后追加。

机加工零件文档实际涵盖的内容

文档分为三类。第一类是设计定义:说明零件是什么的图纸和3D模型。第二类是材料与工艺证据:证明原材料和热处理符合你指定要求的证书。第三类是验证证据:证明成品零件符合图纸的检验报告和符合性声明。

成熟的供应商会控制这三类文件,并能在日后调取。较弱的供应商只随零件附一张装箱单,并称之为文档。这种差异会在多年后显现,当你需要证明零件由认证材料制成,却无人能找到记录时。

需要注意的模式:图纸是你的,检验报告是工厂的基本证明,其他所有文件都应主动提出要求,而不是假设会提供。

图纸:机加工零件图纸必须显示的内容

一份工厂可用于报价和检验的图纸是具体明确的。它显示零件几何形状,使用一致的单位(注明毫米或英寸,不要混用),定义公差体系,并对每个重要尺寸进行标注。

两种公差体系很常见。如ISO 2768-mK的通用公差块覆盖未单独标注的尺寸,该公差块告诉工厂默认允许多大偏差。单独标注和几何尺寸与公差(GD&T)符号会覆盖该公差块,适用于关键特征。如果你未指定通用公差,工厂必须假设最紧的合理解释并据此定价,这会无端提高你的成本。

材料证书与可追溯性

材料证书是从你的零件追溯到其制造所用金属的书面记录。最受信任的格式是EN 10204 3.1,其中包含来自铸造或轧制炉号的实际测试结果,并由独立方见证。2.2证书是无具体测试结果的声明,2.1证书仅是制造商的符合性声明。

检验报告、FAI和PPAP

尺寸检验报告记录关键尺寸相对于图纸的实测值,通常包括标称值、公差和实际读数。在优质工厂,该报告默认随每批出货。它是建立信心最有用的单一文件,因为它显示实际检查了什么,而不是承诺检查过。

首件检验报告更全面。它验证首件产品上图纸的每个尺寸和注释,并签署作为证据,证明在批量生产开始前工艺能正确制造零件。如果FAI中某个尺寸超差,你会在生产一千个零件之前发现,而不是之后。

为什么文档需要花钱,以及在哪里节省

文档不是免费的。3.1材料证书需要购买认证库存并在加工过程中保留炉号。FAI在生产开始前消耗检验工时。PPAP可能需要数天的工程时间。每一项都是真实的人工,免费提供所有这些的供应商要么在承担成本,要么实际上没有做。

诚实的做法是将文书工作与风险匹配。用于内部原型的非关键支架只需要图纸和基本检验报告,仅此而已。承受载荷的机器中的安全零件需要3.1证书和FAI。量产汽车零件需要PPAP。为低风险零件支付完整的PPAP包是浪费;在压力零件上跳过3.1证书是疏忽。根据失效后果决定,然后明确告诉供应商你需要什么。

文档与RFQ:发送什么和要求什么
