CNC零件的材质证明:MTR与可追溯性

简短回答:材质证明(MTR,材质检测报告)是钢厂对您的金属材质的书面证明——化学成分、炉号、力学性能以及所遵循的标准。对于用于医疗、航空航天、食品或安全关键设备的CNC零件,您应该能够将每个成品零件追溯到某一炉材料。无法为您的批次提供MTR的工厂不是在为您报价材料,而是在报价一个希望。

MTR究竟是什么

MTR——材质检测报告、材质测试证明或EN 10204 3.1证书——由材料生产商而非机加工厂出具。它注明炉号或批号、以百分比表示的化学成分、实际测试的力学性能(屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率,有时硬度),以及材料符合的规范,如铝的ASTM B221或不锈钢棒的ASTM A276。关键词是可追溯性:MTR上的炉号将一根金属棒材链接回其浇铸的钢包。

当您真正需要可追溯性时

可追溯性需要成本——认证材料的小幅溢价和记录保存的实际工作——因此工程问题是何时值得。医疗器械零件:基本上总是需要,因为植入或接触患者的零件必须出于法规原因追溯到材料和工艺记录。航空航天:总是需要,通常需要EN 10204 3.1和完整工艺文件。食品和饮料接触、化学加工、海上:需要,因为错误牌号会腐蚀和失效。任何行业的安全关键结构件:需要。其他一切——外壳、支架、装饰盖、用于配合测试的原型——通常不需要逐炉可追溯性,为此付费只会增加您的BOM而没有工程收益。

诚实的工厂会告诉您零件实际属于哪一档,而不是向您推销不需要的证明。如果您不确定,请问:我们会告诉您何时可追溯性是工程要求,何时是装饰——就像我们在公差问题上给出的直接回答一样。

工厂如何保持材料清晰

可追溯性取决于工厂的材料控制。链条如下:采购带MTR的认证材料 → 收货时在每根棒材或批次上标记炉号 → 切割库存时保留标签或转移编号 → 记录哪个批次加工了哪个订单 → 将MTR和批次参考附在装箱单上。大多数工厂的断点在中段:材料到货时有认证,然后标签脱落,“一些316”变成了“316”。错误合金就是这样到达客户手中的。

问工厂三个问题来测试他们的控制。你们从钢厂还是从没有证明的贸易商采购?(上游没有证明意味着下游没有证明,无论他们承诺什么。)你们如何识别货架上的材料——涂漆炉号、标记余料、库存台账?你们能出示生产我这批零件的批号吗?用系统而非承诺回答的工厂可以追溯您的零件。含糊其辞的工厂会为“像您这样的材料”出具证明,这完全是另一回事。

您应该在RFQ中写什么

可追溯性要求应放在RFQ中,而不是在交货时才发现。写三行:材料牌号和状态(例如316L不锈钢,ASTM A276,固溶退火);证明要求(带炉号的EN 10204 3.1,或按需提供材质证明);以及零件是否需要批次级标记或仅需有记录的批号参考。如果零件本身必须携带身份标识——在每个零件上激光打标炉号或序列号——请说明,因为这会改变加工流程和成本。如果您只需要MTR在发货文件中,请说明,并保持零件清洁。

买家遗漏的两个细节。第一,证明应与材料的实际数量和尺寸匹配:20 mm棒材的证明不覆盖用30 mm棒材加工的零件,即使牌号相同,因为它们是不同批次。第二,当图纸要求严格公差或关键配合时,询问机加工人员是否记录实际测量值——那是尺寸可追溯性,由CMM报告而非MTR提供,我们的CMM检测指南解释了正规报告包含什么。尺寸记录和材料记录是同一可追溯性故事的两半;只有两者都存在时,零件才被完整记录。

问:MTR、材质证明和EN 10204 3.1有什么区别?

答:MTR和材质证明是同一份文件——钢厂对特定炉号的检测报告。EN 10204 3.1是欧洲标准级别,增加了独立检验声明;3.1证书通常用于航空航天和医疗零件,而2.2记录符合性但没有独立检验。对于大多数工业零件,带炉号的标准MTR就足够了。

问:CNC工厂可以自己出具材质证明吗?

答:不可以。只有材料生产商才能出具真正的MTR,因为只有钢厂测试了炉号。工厂的工作是采购认证材料、保存证明,并通过批次记录将其链接到您的特定零件。如果一家工厂提出为您“制作”证明,那是危险信号,不是服务。

问:每个CNC零件都需要材质证明吗?
