CNC生产中的质量控制:车间现场SPC

每个买家都知道他们想要公差范围内的零件。但很少有人知道如何判断供应商是否能够可重复地做到这一点。答案在于他们的测量系统和过程控制,而不是报价的措辞。这就是SPC在真实车间现场的样子,这些数字意味着什么,以及在下批量订单之前需要要求什么。

SPC在CNC车间现场意味着什么

统计过程控制是测量过程而不仅仅是零件的实践。SPC不是事后检查每个成品零件,而是在生产过程中定期抽样,记录关键尺寸,并将其绘制在控制图上,控制上限和下限设定在距均值约三个标准差处。

来料、过程和最终检验

稳健的质量控制流程有三个检查点,每个检查点捕获不同类别的问题。

来料检验验证原材料。对于棒材和板材,这意味着通过材料证书确认牌号,在相关情况下检查硬度,并测量尺寸,以便在供应商的替代品到达机器之前被发现。材料混淆是精密加工中最昂贵的缺陷之一,因为它们可能只在现场出现。

过程检验是SPC所在。操作员或检验员按定义的频率测量一组关键尺寸,记录它们,并与控制限进行比较。在首件上,每个尺寸在批量生产开始前都经过检查和签署。在运行期间,抽样频率根据公差关键性和预期漂移率进行缩放。

最终检验在包装前根据图纸确认成品批次,包括精加工和任何涂层增长。对于批次报告,测量并记录关键尺寸,报告随零件一起发货。

AQL抽样和检测报告

对于100%检验不切实际的属性和尺寸,按照可接受质量水平(AQL)标准(如ISO 2859-1或ANSI/ASQ Z1.4)进行抽样是常态。AQL计划定义了从每个批次中检验多少零件以及在批次被拒绝之前允许的最大缺陷数。常见的通用检验水平对关键和主要缺陷使用小样本,并接受基本上零关键缺陷。

为什么仅靠最终检验会失败

许多小车间几乎完全依赖最终检验,这是一个陷阱。最终检验将好零件与坏零件分类,但它不能防止坏零件的制造,因此报废和返工的成本被计入每个订单。更糟糕的是,最终检验只能看到它碰巧检查的尺寸,并且无法捕捉到正在漂向尚未达到的故障的过程。

还有一个硬经济学论点。如果一个过程的Cpk为0.8,并且您检查每个零件,那么您将永远为每个单元支付100%的检验成本。如果您修复过程使Cpk超过1.33,您可以转向抽样并永久削减该成本,同时提高质量。这就是SPC的全部理由,一句话:修复过程,然后减少检验,以更少的钱获得更好的零件。这也是区分真正精密车间和长凳与钻床的纪律。

关于质量控制,应该问CNC供应商什么

问四个问题。第一,您内部有哪些测量仪器,它们是否校准?第二,您在生产中运行SPC吗,您能报告关键特征的Cpk吗?第三,您的检测报告包含什么,它会随批次发货吗?第四,您如何处理不合格,包括根本原因和遏制?
