从中国发货:快递、空运、海运和铁路运输对比

简短回答:对于大多数 B2B 订单,当您需要在 3–7 天内门到门收到零件且重量大致低于 100 kg 时,快递(DHL/FedEx/UPS)是合理选择。空运是 100 kg–1,000 kg 的中间方案,需 5–12 天。海运(整箱 FCL 或拼箱 LCL)对于超过约 1–2 CBM 的货物,每公斤成本最低,港到港需 25–45 天。中欧铁路介于空运和海运之间,约 18–30 天,成本低于空运。请根据总到岸成本和截止日期选择,而不是仅看运费——包装、关税和内陆卡车运输往往决定最终优劣。

快递(DHL、FedEx、UPS、SF)

快递是门到门的综合服务。快递公司在一个追踪号下处理出口清关、干线运输、进口清关和最终派送。到北美和欧洲的典型运输时间为 3–7 个工作日。计费基于体积重量或实际重量中的较大者,而体积除数(通常为 5000 或 6000)会惩罚轻而蓬松的纸箱。

快递适用于:原型、首件、样品、紧急替换零件、小批量高价值部件,如精密弹簧或机加工连接器。

空运

空运通过货代使用商业航班或货运飞机运输。您会获得机场到机场的价格,外加单独的提货、出口清关、进口清关和派送——或门到门打包服务。根据路线和海关情况,典型门到门运输时间为 5–12 天。

空运适用于:100 kg 至约 1,000 kg,或 0.5–3 CBM,且截止日期紧张但快递费率过高时。

海运(整箱 FCL 和拼箱 LCL)

体积重量陷阱

如何计算总到岸成本?

单证是首次进口商最耗时的地方。核心文件集在各方式间相似,但申报方不同。

  • 商业发票——必须与采购订单和装箱单完全一致
  • 装箱单——箱数、尺寸、重量、唛头和编号
  • 提单(海运)或空运单(空运/快递)——运输合同
  • 原产地证书——根据贸易协定享受优惠关税待遇时需要
  • HS 编码归类——决定关税税率;发货前务必确认正确
  • 产品特定证书——仅在确实适用于您的零件时

包装如何影响运费?

包装是成本杠杆,不是行政细节。

  • 减少空隙。过大的纸箱按体积计费。合适尺寸的纸箱可立即降低计费重量。
  • 统一托盘化。标准 1200 × 1000 mm 或 1200 × 800 mm 底面可高效装入集装箱和空运托盘。
  • 保护精密表面。机加工面、弹簧端部和冲压触点需要隔板、VCI 纸或泡沫。损坏索赔的成本高于包装。
  • 每箱贴标。零件号、数量、PO 号和箱号 N of M。这能加快收货并减少计数错误。
  • 考虑拆装设计。对于大体积组件,将子组件平装运输可大幅减少体积。
