为什么没有0.01mm跳动,您的云台会抖动

原装支架通常带有注塑分型线,会产生微振动。我们的CNC加工无人机相机支架在5轴DMG MORI机床上一次装夹完成铣削。这保证了镜头轴线与安装法兰的同轴度在0.01mm TIR以内。即使在120 fps下,4K画面中也不会出现“果冻效应”。我们在同一夹紧工序中加工孔和顶面,消除了导致电机扭矩波动的角度误差。

我们用于减振的材料和热处理工艺

我们不只是切割毛坯。对于FPV竞速无人机,我们使用7075-T6铝材,经T6固溶处理后硬度达48 HRC。对于更重的电影级设备,我们使用17-4PH不锈钢,沉淀硬化至40 HRC。两种材料的屈服强度均高于480 MPa。如果您需要为相机传感器进行热管理,我们可以添加铜散热片嵌件,但标准支架主体为实心结构,以将共振频率保持在500 Hz以上。我们还可以进行哑光黑色硬质阳极氧化处理(MIL-A-8625 Type III,50微米),以减少眩光并提高耐刮擦性。

每次发货前的检测:CMM和三坐标测量仪与激光干涉仪

每批CNC加工无人机相机支架均通过Zeiss三坐标测量机进行尺寸验证。我们测量12个关键点,而不仅仅是主孔。跳动通过分辨率为0.1微米的激光干涉仪检测。您将收到一份包含实际测量值的PDF检测报告——而非通用的合格证书。如果跳动超过0.015mm,该零件将被报废,而非返工。此产品的报废率为0.8%,因为我们使用预时效铝坯,以防止加工后应力释放变形。

交期:原型7天,1000件14天

我们在东莞仓库备有12种不同直径的6061和7075棒材。标准4轴加工装夹时间为45分钟。对于简单的2轴支架,我们可在5天内发货5件。对于1000件订单,我们24/7无人值守加工,14天内完成。如果您在中国时间上午10点前确认图纸,50件以下的急单不收取额外费用。通过DHL快递发往美国需3天,发往德国需4天。

影响气流的表面处理选项

粗糙的表面(Ra 3.2)会在竞速无人机上产生阻力和湍流。我们默认外表面Ra 0.8,镜头座Ra 0.4。如果您需要更低阻力,我们可以抛光至Ra 0.2。但请注意:抛光会去除材料,可能将壁厚减薄至1.5mm以下。我们建议结构区域保持Ra 0.8。在外观方面,我们提供玻璃珠(0.1mm)喷砂处理,形成均匀的哑光表面,不易留下指纹。

如何为您的镜头改装我们的标准支架

如果您的镜头不是标准M12或M16螺纹,请不要购买原装支架。将您的镜头图纸或仅螺纹尺寸和法兰距离发送给我们。我们将在24小时内修改孔径深度和螺距。我们已为从1/1.8"传感器到全画幅35mm镜头的各类镜头加工过支架。我们可实现的最大孔径深度为40mm,外部壁厚6mm。如果您需要镜头锁紧螺钉,我们可以添加一个45度角的M2.5紧定螺钉孔,攻丝深度5mm。

可以,我们可以从您的扫描文件中逆向工程STL或STEP文件,但我们建议您先使用卡尺验证关键孔径尺寸,再进行加工。

大批量订单如何控制质量?

我们使用SPC(统计过程控制),每2小时抽样5件,在三坐标测量机上测量孔径和跳动;如果任何数据点超出控制限,我们立即停产。

紧急替换件的最快交期是多少?
