我们如何确保数百万次循环中的接触力一致性

材料与热处理:从 304 不锈钢到铍铜

我们为触摸屏触点专门备有六种材料等级。最常用的是 SUS304-2B 不锈钢,具有良好的耐腐蚀性,加工硬化后硬度为 380-420 HV。对于需要更高导电性的应用,我们使用铍铜 C17200,热处理至 36-42 HRC,导电率达 22% IACS。在高湿度环境中,我们推荐 17-7PH 不锈钢,沉淀硬化后可达 44-48 HRC。每批次均附带钢厂材料证书,并在每卷材料进入成型机前进行硬度测试。我们绝不在订单之间混用材料——这是低成本工厂常见的失效点。

表面处理与边缘处理:Ra 0.4μm 为何至关重要

粗糙的弹簧表面会在接触垫上产生微动磨损,导致信号间歇性中断。我们对本系列每个弹簧的支撑面进行研磨和抛光,达到 Ra 0.4μm 或更好,并将所有边缘去毛刺至最小 0.05mm 圆角。这并非外观要求。它降低了与 PCB 焊盘的摩擦系数,确保弹簧在组装或使用过程中不会刮伤镀金表面。我们还提供钝化处理(ASTM A967),以去除游离铁并增强耐腐蚀性。如果您的设计使用弹簧针式触点,我们可以增加尖头或冠形端部,通过 CNC 加工确保与弹簧轴线的同心度为 0.01mm。
