一、精密弹簧常用材料清单

1. 琴钢线 / 高碳钢线(SWP-A / SWP-B)


特性: 抗拉强度极高,弹性极限高,疲劳寿命好。


局限: 不耐腐蚀,需表面处理保护。


用途: 高应力压缩弹簧、拉伸弹簧、卡簧、精密机械弹簧。


2. 不锈钢线(SUS304-WPB / SUS316-WPA)


SUS304-WPB: 最通用不锈钢弹簧线,耐腐蚀,弱磁性。用途:电子设备弹簧、医疗器械弹簧、食品设备弹簧。


SUS316-WPA: 耐酸碱能力更强,耐高温。用途:半导体设备弹簧、化工环境弹簧、海洋设备弹簧。


SUS631 (17-7PH): 沉淀硬化不锈钢,热处理后弹性与强度极高。用途:航空级弹簧、高性能阀门弹簧、传感器弹性体。


3. 合金弹簧钢(各类耐疲劳高应力场景)


50CrVA: 铬钒钢,耐疲劳性优良,耐温。用途:汽车气门弹簧、重载机械弹簧。


60Si2MnA: 硅锰钢,抗应力松弛好。用途:铁路扣件弹簧、重型悬架弹簧。


55CrSi: 耐冲击与疲劳。用途:离合器弹簧、高压开关弹簧。


4. 铜合金线(导电+弹性)


磷铜 C5191: 弹性好,导电性佳,耐疲劳。用途:电子接触弹簧、开关弹片、继电器簧片。

5. 特殊合金线(极端环境)


INCONEL X-750: 镍基合金,耐超高温与腐蚀。用途:航空发动机密封弹簧、核工业弹簧。


哈氏合金 C-276: 耐强酸强碱。用途:化工阀门弹簧、深海设备弹簧。

二、弹簧表面处理方案清单

弹簧表面处理,既要防腐蚀,又必须避免氢脆。以下是常用方案:


1. 电镀类(装饰+防腐)


镀锌(蓝白锌/彩锌/黑锌): 性价比最高。盐雾可达48-120小时。用途:通用机械弹簧、汽车零部件弹簧。


镀镍: 装饰性好,耐蚀性优。用途:电子设备可见弹簧、电池弹簧片。


镀铬: 硬度高,耐磨。用途:高磨损环境弹簧。


2. 达克罗 / 无铬达克罗(高防腐无氢脆)


特性: 无氢脆风险,耐盐雾可达480-1000小时,耐高温。


用途: 汽车关键弹簧、风电弹簧、高铁扣件弹簧。推荐替代电镀的首选方案。


3. 化学镀镍(均匀覆盖)


特性: 镀层均匀,复杂形状全覆盖,硬度高。


用途: 精密电子弹簧、形状复杂的微型弹簧。


4. 电泳涂装


特性: 颜色可选(黑、灰等),涂膜均匀,防腐好。


用途: 外观要求高的外露弹簧、汽车可见弹簧。


5. 钝化处理(不锈钢弹簧专用)


特性: 酸洗钝化后形成致密氧化膜,耐蚀提升数倍,不改变尺寸。


用途: 所有不锈钢弹簧出厂前必做的基础处理。


6. 去氢处理(所有电镀弹簧必做)


特性: 电镀后2小时内,在200℃左右烘烤4-8小时,驱除氢原子。


价值: 这是弹簧不断裂的生命线。装甲牛所有电镀弹簧,去氢工序为强制标准。


7. 本色 / 无处理


适用: 不锈钢弹簧在干燥洁净环境中,或客户指定不做表面处理。
