我们自2004年起运营该工厂,将CNC卷绕、冲压和磨削整合为一条工作流程。本系列中的每个弹簧均按您的图纸制造,而非按目录猜测。这就是实实在在的好处:您提供负载规格、空间尺寸或疲劳寿命目标,我们即可在首次测试中交付一个贴合且性能达标的弹簧。

我们在CNC设备上卷绕和成型的弹簧类型

本系列并非随机零件集合,而是一份结构化的能力清单。我们生产带闭端和磨平端的压缩弹簧、带特定支腿角度的扭簧、带环或钩的拉伸弹簧,以及适用于有限空间尺寸的锥形或桶形弹簧。

线径范围为0.1毫米至12毫米。最大外径为80毫米。自由长度可达300毫米。对于基于冲压的弹簧夹或片簧,我们使用渐进式模具,厚度范围为0.05毫米至4.0毫米。所有卷绕均在CNC机床上完成,因此节距、圈数和端部几何形状在数千件产品中保持一致,无漂移。

我们用于疲劳寿命的材料和热处理

材料选择决定了您的弹簧能承受10,000次循环还是1,000,000次循环。我们常备并加工五大类材料:音乐钢丝(ASTM A228)用于一般用途,油淬铬硅钢(ASTM A401)用于高应力和高温环境,302和316不锈钢用于耐腐蚀,磷青铜用于导电性,以及Inconel X-750用于高达650°C的极端高温。

热处理在厂内完成。对于音乐钢丝和铬硅钢,我们在230–260°C下进行去应力处理以消除卷绕应力。对于不锈钢和Inconel,我们采用固溶退火后进行时效硬化以达到所需的HRC范围。如果您指定预压或强压工艺以防止负载下长度损失,我们会在精加工前加入该步骤。

磨削、边缘精加工和表面防护

需要方形端面的压缩弹簧采用双盘磨削端面。我们将端面平面度控制在0.05毫米以内,垂直度控制在2度以内。对于扭簧,我们对支腿尖端进行去毛刺以避免应力集中。对于拉伸弹簧,我们焊接或弯曲钩部并控制间隙尺寸,确保其在负载下不会张开。

表面处理取决于您的使用环境。标准为普通油面。对于冲洗或户外使用,我们提供镀锌(黄色或蓝色)、化学镀镍或发黑处理。如果弹簧处于腐蚀性化学浴中,我们施加厚度为15–25微米的环氧涂层。我们还为高循环应用提供喷丸处理,与未喷丸零件相比,疲劳寿命可提高多达40%。

每次发货前的检验

我们不会发运仅外观合格的弹簧。每批产品均使用数显卡尺和光学投影仪对外径、自由长度和线径进行100%尺寸检查。对于负载测试,我们使用精度为满量程±0.5%的压缩/拉伸测试仪。我们在您指定挠度的20%、50%和80%处验证刚度(N/mm)。

对于关键应用,我们从每批中抽取样品进行疲劳测试以确认循环寿命。我们还在10倍放大下检查表面缺陷,如裂纹、凹坑或刀具痕迹。每批发货均免费附带包含Cpk值的完整检验报告。如果您需要第三方检验(SGS、TUV),我们可在包装前在工厂协调安排。

如何无猜测地指定您的定制弹簧

向我们发送图纸、CAD文件(STEP、IGES或PDF)或带有关键尺寸的简单草图。如果您只有空间尺寸和负载要求,那也足够。我们的工程师将计算线径、圈数和材料,以满足您的挠度和疲劳目标。我们会在24小时内回复DFM(可制造性设计)审查,指出任何比标准更严格的公差,并建议经济高效的替代方案。

混合型工业弹簧系列没有最低订购量。您可以订购10件用于原型测试,或订购100,000件用于批量生产。仅当需要定制成型模具或磨削夹具时,才收取模具费用。对于标准线径和端部形式,我们完全免除模具费用。单价随数量增加而下降,从1,000件增加到10,000件时通常可降低30%。

我们还提供寄售库存计划。我们将您的弹簧库存存放在我们的仓库中,并按您的发货计划发货,将交货期缩短至48小时。这对于需要备件弹簧但不想承担高库存的维护、修理和大修(MRO)运营非常适用。
