触摸弹簧与标准压缩弹簧的区别

触摸弹簧不仅仅是线圈。它采用特定的端部几何设计——闭合平端、锥形尖端或穹顶触点——以在反复压缩下实现可靠的电气或机械接触。标准弹簧通常具有开口端和不一致的节距,这会导致接触不良。我们的触摸弹簧标配闭合磨平端,每圈节距精度为±0.005 mm。根据线径和自由长度的不同,可提供0.15 N至3.5 N的稳定接触力。

我们使用的材料与热处理工艺

我们采用SUS 301、SUS 304和SUS 316L不锈钢线材,按自有规格拉制。对于高循环应用,我们使用抗拉强度为1800–2100 MPa的SUS 302。卷绕后,每根弹簧均经过350°C、30分钟的应力消除烘烤。如需更高硬度以增强耐磨性,可增加沉淀硬化步骤(C条件),使硬度达到42–48 HRC。本系列不使用低等级201不锈钢——其在盐雾测试中会失效且张力衰减迅速。

我们如何实现0.02 mm以下的跳动度

跳动度是微型组件中触摸弹簧的致命问题。如果弹簧轴线摆动,触点就会偏移,导致开关或传感器失效。我们在两个阶段控制跳动度。首先,我们的CNC线材成型机采用伺服驱动送线系统,将线材直线度控制在每100 mm长度0.01 mm以内。其次,卷绕后对弹簧外径进行无心磨削,消除圈与圈之间的偏心。最终结果:在V形块上用数显千分表测量,总指示跳动度(TIR)≤0.02 mm。

低接触电阻的表面处理选项

不锈钢原材料表面存在氧化层,会增加接触电阻。对于用于低压电路(5 V以下)的触摸弹簧,我们提供三种表面处理方案。标准:光亮退火,Ra 0.8 µm。可选:电解抛光,Ra 0.4 µm,可去除氧化层并将接触电阻降至50 mΩ以下。可选:镀金(最小0.2 µm),适用于腐蚀敏感或高频应用。我们不建议在不锈钢上进行镀锌处理——这会产生电偶腐蚀。

每次发货前的检验

每批触摸弹簧均通过轮廓投影仪进行100%尺寸检查。我们对30%的零件测量自由长度、外径和端面平整度。对于节距和圈数等关键尺寸,我们使用分辨率为0.001 mm的CNC光学比较仪。对5%的零件进行载荷测试,以验证特定长度下的力值。每批货物均附带合格证书,包括材料钢厂测试证书和硬度读数。如需完整的PPAP,我们可按要求提供。

定制端部几何形状与线材成型

我们不仅限于目录中的标准形状。请将锥形触摸弹簧、双头线圈或带弯脚用于PCB安装的弹簧图纸发送给我们。我们的线材成型机可在同一工序中弯曲、切断和卷绕直径为0.1 mm至3.0 mm的线材。最小弯曲半径为线径的1.0倍。如需硬质触点(如银镍合金),我们还可增加焊接或钎焊尖端。如需自由长度公差严于±0.01 mm,我们会在成型后使用CNC磨削夹具进行加工。

定价、起订量及影响交期的因素

我们的标准无起订量政策适用于自由长度20 mm以下、线径0.5 mm以下的任何弹簧。对于较大弹簧,起订量为100件——仍然很低。标准端部几何形状的模具费用为零。如需定制芯轴或特殊尖端形状,模具费为150–400美元,订单超过2,000件时可免除。10,000件以内的交期为5个工作日。超过此数量,每增加10,000件加3天。原型样品通过DHL快递在48小时内发货。

对于本系列,如果自由长度在20 mm以下且线径在0.5 mm以下,我们无起订量要求;对于较大零件,起订量为100件。
