安装面0.05 mm平面度对IGBT结温的重要性

IGBT模块通过薄层导热膏或相变材料传递热量。如果散热器安装面不平整,导热膏会不均匀填充气隙,导致结温升高15–20 °C。我们使用三轴CNC配合专用精加工走刀加工安装面,在200 mm长度内将平面度控制在0.05 mm。这并非营销数字——每件产品在阳极氧化前均使用花岗岩平板和千分表进行检测。

铝材6063-T5与6061-T6:我们为您的IGBT推荐的基材选择

针对此系列IGBT散热器黑色阳极氧化产品,我们常备6063-T5和6061-T6两种材料。6063-T5导热系数为201 W/m·K,更易于挤压成型复杂翅片几何结构。6061-T6导热系数为167 W/m·K,但机械强度更高,适用于振动较大的应用场景。对于大多数IGBT模块(如SEMIKRON、Infineon、Mitsubishi),我们默认选用6063-T5,因为黑色阳极氧化涂层在其表面附着更均匀。如果您安装的是300 A高机械应力模块,我们会切换至6061-T6并与您确认。

25 µm黑色阳极氧化层如何超越油漆提升散热性能

黑色阳极氧化不仅仅是外观处理。多孔氧化层将表面发射率从0.1(裸铝)提升至0.85。在自然对流或低气流密闭环境中,辐射传热占总冷却量的30–40%。我们的II型阳极氧化工艺将厚度控制在25 µm(范围22–28 µm),并使用沸腾去离子水封闭黑色染料。我们不使用薄型装饰性阳极氧化——其在100 °C下会开裂。该涂层可承受200 °C连续工作而不剥落。

CNC翅片加工:如何切削1.5 mm薄翅片而不变形

厚度小于2 mm的翅片在铣削过程中容易振动和翘曲。我们的CNC程序采用15,000 RPM高速主轴配合双刃硬质合金立铣刀,并使用真空夹具从下方固定毛坯。粗加工切深0.5 mm,精加工切深0.1 mm。结果:翅片厚度公差±0.1 mm,翅片间距5 mm(标准),翅片尖端无毛刺。对于120 mm × 120 mm × 80 mm的散热器,我们每件在11分钟内切削18片翅片。

黑色阳极氧化质量控制:盐雾、热循环和附着力测试

未经三项测试,我们不会发货阳极氧化零件。首先,500小时中性盐雾测试(ASTM B117)确认阳极氧化表面无腐蚀。其次,我们进行-40 °C至+150 °C热循环测试,共100次循环——涂层不得起泡或剥落。第三,胶带附着力测试(ASTM D3359)确保染料和氧化层保持结合。每批次均附带打印测试报告,标注您的零件号和日期代码。

每次发货前检测:三坐标测量、平面度和涂层厚度

每件IGBT散热器黑色阳极氧化产品均经过3步QC关卡。第一步:三坐标测量机(CMM)检测所有孔位和安装面平面度至±0.02 mm。第二步:表面粗糙度仪验证安装面Ra 0.8 µm和翅片Ra 1.6 µm。第三步:涡流涂层测厚仪在每件产品上测量5个点的阳极氧化层厚度。若任何一点低于22 µm,该产品将被退镀并重新阳极氧化。我们将CMM数据以PDF格式存档,并随货发送。

交期与起订量:我们如何实现12天交期且无最低起订量

我们常备最常用尺寸(长度100–200 mm,宽度80–150 mm,高度40–100 mm)的6063-T5铝毛坯。对于这些规格,从图纸确认到发货(含阳极氧化)交期为12天。定制尺寸或6061-T6材料需增加3–5天。我们实行无起订量政策——可订购一件原型或1,000件。设置成本相同,因此单件价格较高,但无最低数量限制。这是中国制造的精密加工,交期透明且固定。

为您的IGBT模块安装尺寸定制孔位和螺纹

IGBT模块具有特定的安装孔位(例如每模块2孔、4孔或6孔)。您发送模块数据手册或带孔位坐标的PDF文件,我们据此编程CNC。可攻M3、M4、M5或M6螺纹,深度公差±0.5 mm。我们还可增加沉孔以适配肩螺钉。如需可重复拆卸的螺纹嵌件,我们会在阳极氧化前压入黄铜或不锈钢嵌件。同一批次最多4种不同孔位不收取额外刀具费用。
