BQUQ在东莞运营铲削生产线已有20年。我们不进行镀层、螺栓连接或焊接鳍片。铲削工艺是将单个铜坯推过精密刀具,从实心块体上直接铲起鳍片。这意味着鳍片与基座之间不存在热阻——因为它们是一块完整的金属。对于曾目睹冲压或钎焊鳍片在振动或热循环下失效的工程师而言,这就是散热器与结构性导热路径之间的本质区别。

铲削工艺如何消除鳍片与基座之间的热阻

冲压或折叠鳍片组依赖焊料或环氧树脂将鳍片粘合到基板上。这种粘合是热瓶颈——通常每个接点产生0.5–1.5 °C/W的热阻。我们的铲削鳍片通过CNC控制刀具以受控角度从单个铜坯上直接铲起0.2 mm厚的鳍片。结果是整体式结构,无焊料空洞、无环氧树脂老化,在2 m/s气流下鳍片效率超过95%。我们将鳍片厚度控制在±0.03 mm,鳍片高度控制在±0.05 mm,确保您的CFD模型与实物完全匹配。

铜铲齿散热器系列的材料与硬度控制

我们使用两种铜材等级,均附完整钢厂证书。C1100(电解韧铜)适用于成本敏感型项目,C1020(无氧铜)适用于真空或高温环境,以防氢脆风险。铲削后,鳍片自然产生加工硬化。我们对每批产品使用维氏硬度计进行测量,C1100的硬度范围为HV 85–115,C1020为HV 90–120。这种硬度并非缺陷——它赋予鳍片刚度,使其在搬运和热循环过程中抵抗弯曲。如果您需要更软或更硬的回火状态,我们会调整铲削进给速度和刀具几何参数,但始终会在检验报告中注明实测的HRF或HV值。

适用于压配或螺钉安装的尺寸公差与跳动

您的散热器将安装在CPU、IGBT或激光二极管封装上,安装界面决定热传递效果。我们将基座平面度加工至±0.02 mm,总长/宽公差为±0.05 mm。对于通孔或压配销钉,我们将销钉直径控制在±0.01 mm,销钉间距控制在±0.03 mm。关键跳动指标——鳍片阵列相对于基座平面的垂直度——控制在0.05 mm总指示跳动(TIR)以内。这意味着当您夹紧基座时,鳍片不会倾斜进入气流通道。我们每批产品均在花岗岩平台上使用千分表验证跳动,而非仅检测首件。

影响气流的表面光洁度与鳍片边缘质量

粗糙的鳍片边缘会产生湍流并降低有效热传递。我们的铲削刀具留下自然、无毛刺的边缘,鳍片侧面Ra 1.6 µm,基座Ra 0.8 µm。我们使用陶瓷介质的滚磨工艺对所有边缘进行去毛刺处理,然后在10倍放大下检查是否有翻边材料。如果您的应用使用5 m/s以上的高速风扇,我们可以增加一道工序将鳍片边缘降至Ra 0.4 µm,但这会增加2天交期。对于大多数强制风冷和自然对流设计,标准光洁度已足够,可避免不必要的成本。

每次发货前的检验:三坐标测量、硬度与热阻

每笔订单,即使是单件产品,都经过相同的检验流程。我们使用蔡司三坐标测量机检查每批三个样品的基座平面度、鳍片高度和孔位(批次少于20件时100%全检)。里氏硬度计验证加工硬化的鳍片材料。我们还使用热通量传感器对参考样品进行热阻测试——而非理论计算——在50 W输入功率下记录基座两端的ΔT。检验报告包括:实测尺寸、硬度值、跳动读数和鳍片轮廓照片。该报告随货物一同发货,我们保留数字副本5年。

适用于此处的刀具选择与公差基础

铜铲齿散热器系列的最低起订量是多少?

无起订量——我们可以按与10,000件量产相同的公差铲削单件原型,不过单件单价在50件和500件时会有阶梯下降。

是否可以免模具费定制鳍片高度、间距或基座形状?

可以——由于铲削使用CNC刀具路径,我们通过软件程序更新即可改变鳍片几何形状,无需新模具,因此定制轮廓不产生费用,除非需要不同的刀具宽度(这会产生少量的一次性刀具费用)。

对于将经历热循环的散热器,你们如何保证质量?

我们对每批样品进行100次热冲击测试(−40°C至+150°C),测试前后均测量平面度——变化超过0.02 mm则该批次判定不合格,我们会在重新生产前进行根本原因分析。
