我们如何控制翅片深度和气流几何形状

该系列中的每个翅片均采用三轴CNC铣床加工,主轴转速为18,000 RPM。翅片深度公差控制在±0.03 mm以内,这一点至关重要,因为翅片深度0.1 mm的偏差会导致热阻变化高达8%。我们使用激光测微仪沿长度方向在三个点测量每个翅片间距。如果间距偏差超过0.05 mm,该零件将被拒收,而非返工。对于强制对流设计,我们在每个翅片上增加2°拔模角,以减少空气阻力而不牺牲表面积。

我们使用的材料与阳极氧化化学工艺

基材采用6063-T5铝,因其201 W/m·K的热导率和优异的挤压成型性而被选用。对于更高热流密度的应用,我们提供6061-T6,其强度提高10%,但导热率降低5%。黑色阳极氧化采用II型硫酸工艺,厚度8–12 μm,在热去离子水中封孔。这使您的表面能够通过ASTM B117标准的500小时盐雾测试。我们不使用仅染色的着色方法——黑色氧化层与铝基体融为一体,因此在-40°C至+125°C的热循环下不会剥落或剥离。

平面度与安装表面准备

散热片单独包装在防静电泡沫托盘中,然后用瓦楞纸内衬装箱,以防止运输过程中翅片弯曲。我们对每种箱体设计进行1.2米高度跌落测试至混凝土表面。对于汽车或户外应用,我们提供可选的100%热循环验证——每个零件经历500次从-40°C到+125°C的循环,每次保温10分钟。此测试费用为每件$0.50,需额外3天时间。如果您的最终产品在使用中会经历超过60°C的温度波动,我们建议采用此测试。
