服务器 EMI 屏蔽盖板冲压:0.5mm 镀锌板,弹指一次成型

服务器的 EMI 屏蔽盖板,肩负着两个任务:把电磁干扰关在机器里,把散热风道留出来。盖板本身的平面度、边缘一圈屏蔽弹指的接触力、表面导电性,每一项都影响整机的电磁兼容测试能不能过——EMC 不过,整机就不能上市。

项目背景与挑战

一家服务器厂商为 2U 机型开发 EMI 屏蔽盖板:0.5mm 镀锌钢板,外形 400×180mm,周边 60 多个屏蔽弹指,要求弹指接触力稳定、盖板平面度 0.3mm 以内、批量 5 万件/月。此前用外发激光切割加手工折弯的方案,弹指一致性差,EMC 测试时好时坏。

难点:弹指是悬臂结构,料厚薄、长度长,回弹难以控制;60 多个弹指要一次成型且受力一致;大尺寸薄板冲压易翘曲,平面度收不住。

模具内弹指一次成型

设计专用冲压模具,弹指弯曲与整平工位按回弹补偿做过弯处理,一次冲压完成全部弹指成型,弹指高度与角度由模具保证,不再依赖人工校形。模具加装微调结构,试模时按实测数据微调各工位。

平面度与材料控制

镀锌板来料复验板厚与镀层质量;冲压后做整平工序,用矫平机消除冲裁应力翘曲;平面度用检具逐件确认,弹指接触力按批抽样用测力计验证并记录。
