消费电子电池弹片冲压:多工位级进模+选择电镀,月产 200 万件

手机、耳机、智能手表里的电池弹片,是消费者永远不会看到、却天天在用的零件:装电池时被压下去,松手要弹回来,几万次使用后接触力不能衰减。弹片材料要弹性好,接触区要导电好——弹性材料往往导电差,所以聪明的做法是弹片本体用弹性材料、接触区选择性镀金镀银,把两种性能焊在一件零件上。

项目背景与挑战

一家消费电子品牌为其 TWS 耳机项目寻找电池弹片供应商:料厚 0.12mm 不锈钢,外形 8×4mm,接触区选择性镀金,弹力要求 0.2-0.35N,插拔寿命 3 万次,月需求 200 万件。此前供应商的问题是镀层位置不准——该镀的地方没镀上、不该镀的地方镀了,良率只有七成。

难点:薄料级进模冲裁毛刺与断面质量;选择性电镀的定位精度;批量百万级的一致性——靠人工挑是挑不过来的。

16 工位级进模:冲裁、精修、压筋、成型、整形一次完成。压筋工位增加接触点刚性,成型角度按回弹补偿预设定,模内导正销全程导料,保证 0.12mm 薄料在高速冲下不偏料、不叠料。

选择性电镀与全检

采用卷料连续选择性电镀工艺,镀区位置由模具导正控制,镀层厚度按批做 X 荧光测厚;成品用 CCD 全检外观与镀区位置,弹力按批抽样做衰减曲线验证,出货附弹力分布报告。
