我们如何在薄规格触点上保持±0.005 mm公差

电气触点通常由0.05 mm至0.5 mm的带材冲压而成——薄材料易移动、回弹和变形。我们使用带闭环位置控制的高速伺服冲床(25至60吨)。每个模具工位研磨至0.002 mm的步进精度,并在模内安装光学传感器,每次冲程检测关键尺寸。这就是我们能在每分钟800次冲程下,仍保持节距±0.005 mm和成型高度±0.01 mm公差的原因。我们的模具维护团队每20万次冲程后重新研磨刃口,确保尺寸漂移始终远离您的公差范围。

我们用于触点的材料与热处理工艺

我们常备C1100铜、C17200铍铜、C5210磷青铜和304/316不锈钢卷料。对于高循环弹簧触点,我们指定使用TH04状态的C17200,冲压后进行时效硬化至38–45 HRC。这提供了1,100 MPa的屈服强度——足以承受数百万次挠曲循环。如果您的零件需要镀银或镀金,我们会在冲压前对带材进行预处理,以避免边缘毛刺。我们还提供选择性电镀(遮蔽区域保持裸露),在无需增加整体表面成本的情况下实现耐腐蚀性。

可处理50微米特征的冲压模具

您的触点可能包含窄至0.05 mm的槽、指状结构或切口。我们在内部使用线切割硬质合金镶件(而非软工具钢)制造级进模。模具间隙设定为每侧材料厚度的5%,消除剪切边缘的毛刺。对于弯曲半径较紧(小于材料厚度的1倍)的零件,我们增加精压工位以控制回弹。每套模具在投产前均经过5,000件试制验证;您将获得包含这些测试结果的首件检验报告。

毛刺控制与边缘精加工,确保安全灭弧

电气触点上的毛刺会导致电弧、过热和过早失效。我们将所有冲压边缘的毛刺高度控制在0.02 mm以下。对于需要更光滑边缘的零件,我们通过振动去毛刺或电解抛光增加一道微精加工工序。这可将表面光洁度提升至Ra 0.2,并去除任何微观碎屑。我们使用激光轮廓仪在冲压现场测量毛刺高度——而非仅抽样检测——并按批次记录数据。

每次发货前的检验

我们绝不盲目发货。每批产品均经过2.5D光学投影仪进行轮廓检查、三坐标测量机进行成型尺寸检测,以及硬度计(洛氏或维氏,视厚度而定)测试。我们还按照ASTM B117标准对电镀触点进行盐雾试验——至少48小时,无白锈。对于关键批次,我们附上XRF镀层厚度报告。每次发货均附带完整的检验证书,并将每批样品在我们的档案中保存3年。

从原型到量产的交期与起订量

我们知道您需要快速交付。对于原型模具(简单平面触点,单腔),我们7天内交货。对于5个以上工位的级进模,需要15–20天。批量生产从10,000件起,但我们没有最小起订量——您可以订购500件进行试产,单价与50,000件相同,因为我们按冲程计价,而非按最小批量。我们的加急订单记录:从图纸到首件,简单触点冲压仅需48小时。
