汽车弹簧:气门弹簧、复位弹簧和传感器弹簧

现代汽车包含数百个弹簧。大多数对买家来说是不可见的,但每一个都是安全相关或功能关键部件。它们分为三大类工作:

  • 保持位置或预载——传感器弹簧、连接器弹簧、座椅和内饰弹簧。
  • 使机构返回到已知状态——节气门复位弹簧、踏板复位弹簧、执行器复位弹簧。

气门弹簧位于气缸盖和弹簧座之间,每分钟数千次将气门压紧在凸轮型线上。在四冲程发动机 6,000 rpm 时,每个气门弹簧每分钟循环约 3,000 次——每行驶一小时约 180,000 次循环。

材料选择

使气门弹簧存活的三道工艺

1. 喷丸——用受控介质轰击表面,引入压缩残余应力,从而延迟疲劳裂纹萌生。这是气门弹簧上单步杠杆率最高的工艺。

3. 磨削和定向——闭合并磨平的端部提供平坦的支承面,并保持弹簧在负载下垂直。

以上公差为生产汽车弹簧的指示值。更紧的公差带是可能的,但会增加成本,应由发动机的敏感性证明其合理性,而不是凭习惯。

复位弹簧:廉价零件,昂贵的失效模式

复位弹簧无处不在——节气门体、制动和离合器踏板、驻车制动机构、座椅锁扣、门把手、执行器臂、电动车充电口盖。它们通常应力低,但也通常没人重新验证,这正是它们在现场失效的原因。

三大实际风险

  • 永久变形。在装配过程中压缩至并圈或接近并圈的复位弹簧会失去自由长度并停止复位。这是设计错误,不是制造错误,也是我们见到的最常见的复位弹簧投诉。
  • 腐蚀。底盘、发动机舱和门腔弹簧会接触盐雾、冷凝水和道路化学品。未电镀的琴钢丝会生锈。不锈钢或电镀碳钢是解决方案。
  • 端部磨损。未磨平端部的复位弹簧在冲压支架上摩擦会磨损两个零件。

在琴钢丝、不锈钢和电镀碳钢之间选择

防止复位弹簧失效的设计规则

  • 保持最大工作变形低于并圈高度变形的约 60–70%。更高的值会导致永久变形。
  • 使用闭合端部,如果弹簧支承在硬平面上,则使用磨平端部。
  • 指定定义长度下的负载,而不仅仅是自由长度。仅自由长度不能控制机构实际感受到的力。
  • 为弹簧提供导杆或座孔,使其不能屈曲。

传感器弹簧:精密负载,最小行程

传感器弹簧是最不起眼但对公差最敏感的系列。它们出现在压力传感器、位置传感器、踏板行程传感器、座椅占用传感器和连接器接触系统中。它们的作用是对传感元件或移动目标保持定义的力,在温度和寿命期间变化尽可能小。

为什么指定不锈钢

三个原因占主导:

1. 耐腐蚀性——传感器位于发动机舱、轮罩和底盘位置。

2. 低磁导率——302 和 304 不锈钢在退火状态下实际上是非磁性的,因此不会干扰霍尔效应或电感传感。

3. 稳定的模量和低蠕变——负载在 15 年车辆寿命内不得漂移。

实际控制传感器弹簧精度的因素

  • 线径公差。刚度与线径的四次方成正比。1% 的线径误差大约是 4% 的刚度误差。这就是为什么传感器弹簧比通用弹簧要求更严格的进线控制。
  • 线圈直径控制。刚度与平均线圈直径的三次方成反比。

常见问题

问:汽车气门弹簧通常用什么材料制成?

答:铬硅合金钢是最常见的气门弹簧材料,因为它在发动机高温下提供了疲劳强度、抗松弛性和成本的强大平衡。油淬回火碳钢覆盖较低应力的发动机,而铬钒和特种合金出现在重型或高温应用中。几乎所有生产气门弹簧都经过喷丸和热定型,以在使用前稳定负载。

问:复位弹簧能否在不重新设计的情况下用不锈钢版本替换?
