从中国采购小批量定制零件:值得吗?

简短回答:值得——对于大多数数量在50到5,000件之间的工程零件,只要您选择工厂而不是贸易平台,从中国进行小批量采购是值得的。一家东莞的源头工厂在12个工作小时内报价,CNC加工公差保持在±0.005毫米,并运行灵活的起订量,即使加上运费、关税和检验,到岸成本通常也比西方小批量价格低25-45%。对于机加工零件,盈亏平衡点通常在30-80件左右;对于冲压或弹簧零件,一旦模具成本摊销,盈亏平衡点在200-500件左右。低于这些数量,国内加工厂通常在速度上胜出;高于这些数量,中国在单价、一致性和在同一屋檐下获得二次加工方面胜出。

机加工零件更早达到盈亏平衡点的原因是CNC几乎没有模具。冲压和弹簧卷绕需要模具或一套卷绕工具,因此摊销曲线更陡——但长期节省也更大。

风险1:工厂实际上是贸易商
