散热器采购:能力与模具问题

简短回答: 从五个方面评估散热器供应商:他们实际拥有的工艺(挤压、铲齿、压铸、CNC精加工或冲压)、可达到的公差和平面度、模具的设计、归属和摊销方式、热验证能力,以及表面处理和检验规范。要求按零件号提供工艺路线,而不是产品目录。拥有完整链条——型材、切割、加工、表面处理、检验——的供应商对交期和成本的控制远优于贸易商。BQUQ在一家东莞ISO9001工厂内运行四条产线,涵盖CNC加工至±0.005 mm、冲压、弹簧和散热器生产,报价在12个工作小时内返回,首次试产支持灵活MOQ。

为什么散热器是采购陷阱

散热器在图纸上看起来很简单:一块带翅片的铝。正是这种简单性使采购充满风险。采购员比较三四个供应商的单价,选择最便宜的,六周后却发现翅片几何形状无法以所示长宽比挤压,阳极氧化后底座平面度漂移,或者模具被报价为一次性费用但法律上归供应商所有。

散热器性能是一个系统属性。热阻取决于翅片厚度、翅片间距、底座厚度、界面平面度、表面粗糙度和热界面材料——而不仅仅是金属本身。如果供应商只报价“铝6063,黑色阳极氧化”,而不询问您的气流、安装力或TIM,那么他们并没有理解这个零件。

因此,采购问题不是“谁每克铝最便宜”,而是“谁能够可重复地保持使热路径工作的几何形状,并达到我需要的产量”。

真正重要的五个能力问题

1. 你们内部运行哪些散热器工艺?

制造散热器有五种常见路线,它们不可互换:

铝挤压 + 切割/加工长直翅片,大批量最高约10:1(参考值)模具成本显著;按产量摊销
铲齿密集薄翅片,高性能最高约20:1(参考值)程序 + 夹具,模具成本低,周期较慢

只做挤压的供应商即使铲齿是正确答案也会报价挤压。只做机加工的供应商即使模具在50,000件时可将成本降低60%也会报价铝块。正确的供应商会告诉您哪种路线适合您的产量范围并解释原因。

2. 你们能保持什么公差和平面度?

对于散热器,关键尺寸很少是外形尺寸。它们是:

  • 底座平面度(通常在界面上为0.05–0.10 mm,高功率器件更严格)
  • 底座厚度及其变化
  • 翅片厚度和翅片间距一致性
  • 安装和夹子固定的孔位置
  • 配合面的表面粗糙度

要求提供检验方法,而不仅仅是数字。在花岗岩平板上用高度规测量的平面度与在CMM上以定义基准测量的平面度是不同的声明。BQUQ在CNC设备上加工散热器特征,在图纸要求处保持±0.005 mm,我们在检验报告上在公差旁边注明测量方法。

3. 模具如何设计、定价和归属?

这是大多数采购关系出错的地方。以书面形式获得四个子问题的答案:

  • 谁拥有模具,付款后所有权是否转移?
  • 模具成本是摊销到单价中,还是一次性计费?
  • 模具寿命是多少,寿命结束时谁支付更换费用?
  • 如果我们将零件转移到另一家供应商,我们收到模具还是模具图纸?

拒绝回答这些问题的供应商正在告诉您一些事情。模具通常是散热器项目中最大的单项,应该像任何其他资产一样记录在案。

4. 你们能支持热验证,还是仅支持几何验证?

大多数合同制造商验证几何形状。较少验证热性能。询问供应商是否能提供:

  • 每批次的尺寸和平面度报告
  • 带有导热系数值的材料证书
  • 表面粗糙度和涂层厚度测量
  • 用于您自己热测试台的样品零件

如果供应商无法测试热阻,这是可以接受的——但他们必须能够生产足够一致的零件,以便您的测试结果可重复。一致性才是交付成果。

5. 表面处理和界面计划是什么?

阳极氧化、铬酸盐转化、镀镍和粉末涂层都会轻微改变尺寸并可能改变平面度。配合面上的阳极氧化堆积每面可增加5–15微米(典型值),这在紧密界面上很重要。询问:

  • 哪种表面处理,规定的厚度范围是多少?
  • 涂层期间配合面是否遮蔽?
  • 表面处理是否通过热循环检查而不剥落?

工艺路线选择:实用比较

发出采购订单前要问的模具问题

除了上述所有权问题外,在报价阶段还要问这些:

1. DFM反馈周转时间是多少? 在几天内返回可制造性评论的供应商是积极参与的。默默报价的则不是。

2. 模具交期是多少,与生产交期分开? 这些在报价中经常混淆并导致进度意外。

3. 你们使用什么样品批准流程? 首件检验、能力研究,还是仅目视检查?

4. 如果首批产品超出公差怎么办? 谁承担返工和延误?

5. 你们能在全面模具承诺之前运行试产批次吗?

常见采购错误及如何避免

  • 报价金属,而不是工艺。 铝价在成品散热器中只占一小部分。工艺路线驱动成本。
  • 忽视表面处理后的平面度。 阳极氧化和电镀会移动配合面。指定遮蔽。
  • 假设模具转移。 将所有权写入合同。

问:模具成本应该摊销到单价中吗?

答:两种模式都可以,但选择有后果。摊销模具降低前期现金并绑定您到该供应商直到模具付清。单独计费模具前期成本更高但保持您自由移动。无论选择哪种,在发出采购订单前以书面形式获得模具所有权、模具寿命和转移条件。

问:如何验证散热器平面度确实被保持?

答:要求每批次提供尺寸报告,说明测量方法和基准。在花岗岩平台上用高度规测量的平面度与在CMM上测量的平面度是不同的声明。要求提供夹具或基准定义,并在批量发布前要求首件检验。如果供应商在报价期间无法展示样品报告,请将其视为警告信号。
