如何找到真正的精密工厂?

首先要把工厂和贸易商区分开。贸易商并非天生不好——有些在物流和拼单方面能带来实际价值——但你应该知道自己在和谁打交道,因为这决定了谁控制质量和交期。

真正工厂的信号:

  • 针对工艺的回答。问他们如何在薄壁零件上保持 ±0.01 mm 的孔,工厂会谈论夹具、冷却液和弹簧走刀。贸易商会说“质量好”。

完整的询价资料包应包含什么?

大多数采购失败始于不完整的询价。供应商猜测,你批准猜测,首批货就证明了问题。完整的资料包能消除歧义。

包括:

1. 带完整 GD&T 的 2D 图纸。基准、公差、表面粗糙度、材料规格和热处理。

2. 3D 模型(STEP 或 IGES)。用于复杂几何形状和供应商的 CAM 编程。

3. 材料和表面处理标注。“不锈钢”不是规格。304、316 或 17-4PH 会改变价格和交期。

如何正确比较报价?

单价是报价单上最没用的数字。要比较每个合格零件的到岸成本。

到岸成本 =(单价 × 数量 + 模具 + 运费 + 关税 + 检验 + 预期废品)÷ 收到的合格零件数。

最后一项正是低价报价吃亏的地方。一旦加上返工、加急补货和产线停机,单价 $0.80、不良率 4% 的供应商会胜过单价 $0.72、不良率 12% 的供应商。

供应商 B 在单价上看起来最便宜,有效成本也几乎相同——但质量风险是三倍,交期还多一周。这是一个决策,不是便宜货。

还要问出了问题怎么办。提前报出返工政策的供应商,说明他们确实有政策。

公差、材料和工艺选择

让工艺匹配特征,而不是反过来。

  • CNC 加工适用于严格公差(关键特征可达 ±0.005 mm)、中小批量、复杂 3D 几何形状,以及模具成本不划算的零件。
  • 金属冲压适用于大批量、薄材料,以及单件成本必须低于机加工的零件。根据复杂程度,级进模通常在约 20,000–50,000 件以上就能快速回本。
  • 弹簧适用于力值关键部件——压缩、拉伸、扭转——其中线径、自由长度和刚度公差都很重要。
  • 散热器适用于热管理,其中翅片几何形状和基板平面度决定性能。

如何在量产前验证质量?

绝不要仅凭图纸就批准全面生产。顺序是:样品 → 首件检验 → 小批量试产 → 全面放行。

首件检验(FAI)应包括带气泡标注的图纸,每个尺寸编号、实测值,以及与公差的合格/不合格判定。对于 CNC 零件,提供基于基准的尺寸 CMM 报告。对于冲压件,提供全尺寸检验加材料证明。

然后进行试产批次——通常为首单的 10–20%——并以高于稳定状态的抽样率进行检验。这能在模具磨损、夹具漂移和镀层厚度变化扩大之前发现它们。

如何建立长期供应商关系?

最好的价格和最快的交期属于可预测的买家。这意味着:

  • 诚实预测。分享 6–12 个月滚动预测,即使只是近似值。
  • 按时付款。这比你想的更能影响你在生产队列中的位置。
  • 用数据反馈缺陷。照片、测量值、批号。模糊的抱怨只会得到模糊的修复。
  • 定期拜访或视频通话。关系能挺过问题;交易不能。
  • 通过工程部门而非仅销售升级。技术问题需要技术人员。

问:如何判断中国供应商是工厂还是贸易公司?

答:要求提供营业执照经营范围、带型号的设备清单,以及车间实时视频参观。工厂会用夹具、模具和检验设备的具体细节回答工艺问题。贸易公司给出笼统回答,并通过第三方转达技术问题,这会拖慢每次工程变更并模糊质量责任。

问:从中国 CNC 供应商实际能期待什么公差?

答:有能力的工厂能在刚性良好、夹具到位的零件关键特征上保持 ±0.005 mm,一般 CNC 加工常规可达 ±0.01 至 ±0.02 mm。特定特征上比 ±0.005 mm 更紧是可能的,但会急剧增加成本,并需要 CMM 验证。始终标记关键功能尺寸,而不是在整个图纸上套用严格公差。

问:冲压件应该预付模具费吗?
