拉伸弹簧:预载、初拉力与设计基础

拉伸弹簧在零伸长时已能抵抗拉力——这种内置力称为初拉力,其大小通常为最大载荷的5%至25%,具体取决于线圈缠绕的紧密程度。超过该预载后,弹簧表现为普通线性弹簧:载荷等于初拉力加上刚度乘以伸长量。设计时需围绕三个数值:初拉力、弹簧刚度及最大伸长量,并检查钩环,因为大多数拉伸弹簧的失效发生在环端,而非簧体。

拉伸弹簧用于拉合部件:它们使离合器杆复位、张紧皮带、平衡门体、保持闩锁闭合或维持缆索张紧。其缠绕方式类似压缩弹簧,但两端带有环圈或钩子,且线圈通常密绕并扭转钢丝,使弹簧在无载荷时也能自行保持紧密。这种自紧特性产生了初拉力,这也是让刚接触拉伸弹簧的工程师最感意外的地方:轻轻拉动时,在超过初拉力之前弹簧纹丝不动,之后弹簧便平滑且线性地伸长。

什么是初拉力及其重要性

初拉力是刚好开始分离线圈所需的力。它是在卷绕过程中,通过将钢丝缠绕得比最终节距更紧并让其回弹而内置的,以N或lbf为单位的载荷表示,或表示为全变形载荷的百分比。典型值主要取决于弹簧指数——即弹簧中径与线径之比——因为较小的弹簧指数更容易建立初拉力。

设计逻辑:如果您的产品在开始伸长前需要真正的预载——例如必须防振动的闩锁,或静止时必须施加压力的电刷——请指定最小初拉力。如果弹簧仅需复位且静止位置无关紧要,则低初拉力即可,且更易于一致地制造且成本更低。一个警告:初拉力在最初几次载荷循环中以及任何高于约230°C的热处理后会松弛,因此不要设计依赖最后2%初拉力的机构。工厂可通过预压处理来稳定弹簧——我们的定制拉伸弹簧在预压后常规进行载荷测试,以确保交付值符合图纸要求。

刚度、预载与载荷公式

计算示例:一个0.8 mm琴钢丝拉伸弹簧,初拉力2.5 N,刚度1.2 N/mm,在20 mm伸长时产生26.5 N的力。如果您的产品需要在10 mm伸长时提供20 N的力,图纸应明确说明——例如“10 mm伸长时载荷20 N,两环中心间自由长度25 mm”——而不是让工厂猜测初拉力。指定长度下的载荷公差通常为±10%,与压缩弹簧的基准一致。

钩环样式:拉伸弹簧实际失效的位置

拉伸弹簧的簧体很少首先失效;失效通常发生在端部。钩子在急弯处产生应力集中,并且它们承受全部载荷,而较小的钢丝截面同时承受弯曲和拉伸应力。环圈样式的重要性远超大多数买家的预期,无论是对疲劳寿命还是弹簧的安装方式而言。

两条实用规则。首先,载荷线应穿过钩子中心——偏置的载荷线会扭曲端部线圈并增加未计算的压力。其次,对于任何循环次数超过约10,000次的弹簧,优先选择交叉环或机械铸造端部,并考虑喷丸处理;标准钩子的应力集中可将疲劳寿命降至簧体能力的几分之一。端部成型是一种成型工艺,因此每种样式都涉及一些工装考量,而混合弹簧订单——拉伸、压缩扭转簧体在同一组件中——由同一工厂统一报价,以保持公差一致。

拉伸弹簧的材料选择

常见问题解答

问:为什么我的拉伸弹簧在无负载时也会回拉?

答:这就是初拉力——线圈缠绕时使它们在静止状态下相互紧握。只有当施加的力超过此初拉力(通常为满载的5–25%)时,弹簧才开始伸长。这是一个特性,而非缺陷。

问:生产中如何控制初拉力?
