何时更换夹头:跳动与成本的权衡

一个快速、可重复的程序:

2. 插入一个磨削过的检验棒或已知良好的工件,最好使用您实际加工时的直径。

3. 使用合适的扳手将螺母拧紧至制造商规定的扭矩,不要凭感觉。

5. 记录两个数值以及夹头ID和日期。

什么真正导致夹头磨损?

磨料污染

最大的加速因素。细切屑、磨削粉尘和铸铁切屑嵌入夹头锥面和孔中。每个夹紧循环都会将它们研磨进去。一个在干燥和肮脏条件下运行的夹头,其磨损速度可能是清洁单元中同一夹头的数倍。这就是为什么每次装夹前用压缩空气吹扫和擦拭是值得的。

过度压缩和错误的夹持范围

螺母过度拧紧

  • 刀柄座损坏。 有划痕或喇叭口的刀柄锥面永远无法同心夹持夹头。用已知良好的夹头和检验棒检查刀柄。
  • 主轴状况。 主轴轴承磨损表现为随机床而非夹头变化的跳动。将夹头换到另一台机床重新测量。
  • 工件变化。 棒料直径和圆度会变化。如果跳动跟随材料批次而非夹头,则夹头是无辜的。
