大多数车间将夹头成本视为采购项目,而非单件成本。这是第一个错误。夹头是一种消耗品,具有有限的夹持寿命,每次安装、调整和拆卸都会消耗本可用于生产零件的机器时间。

第二个错误是将所有夹头视为等同。一个6美元的通用ER20夹头和一个45美元的精密磨削夹头,内孔镜面抛光,在目录照片上可能看起来相似。但在主轴上,它们的跳动、夹持重复性和磨损率差异足以改变废品率、表面光洁度以及操作员需要停机重新调整设置的频率。

1. 采购与摊销

2. 更换与翻新

夹头寿命如何实际退化

夹头寿命不是一个单一数字。它取决于夹持力、棒料表面状况、冷却液暴露以及夹头的存储和处理方式。

应监控的磨损模式

  • 槽疲劳。 释放槽开裂或永久张开,降低夹持范围和夹持力。
  • 锥面微动磨损。 外锥面产生磨损或胶合,传递到夹头体,降低整个刀柄性能。
  • 腐蚀。 水基冷却液留在夹头上过夜会点蚀未涂层表面。这在高产量车削单元中很常见。

实用的检查间隔
