夹头与三爪卡盘:公差与换型对比

简短回答:对于在车削直径上夹持的圆形工件,优质夹头卡盘通常可保持0.005–0.015 mm的TIR,而标准三爪涡旋卡盘通常在0.025–0.075 mm左右——并且在重复夹紧时差距会扩大。在换型方面,更换夹头通常需要30–90秒,而重新镗孔或修整三爪卡盘以达到相同精度则需要5–15分钟。对于紧公差、多品种的圆形零件,选择夹头;当夹持不规则形状、大直径,或需要棒料通过主轴时,选择三爪(或六爪)卡盘。许多车间在同一台机床上同时使用两者,并按零件族进行切换。

为什么存在公差差距

两种装置都是自定心的,但它们定心的方式根本不同,这种差异几乎解释了公差和换型方面的所有问题。

夹头是一个薄壁淬硬钢套,具有磨削内孔和匹配的磨削锥面。当螺母或拉杆将其拉入锥面时,各瓣均匀闭合,内孔收缩到工件上。由于闭合力沿整个圆周分布,零件被推向主轴的真实轴线,而不是三个接触点的平均位置。

如果一个车间每天进行20次设置,每次设置节省8分钟,那么每天大约回收2.5小时的主轴时间——这还不包括因不在时间压力下重新镗孔卡爪而避免的废品。

隐藏成本:软爪是消耗品

不规则和非圆形几何形状

温度和清洁度影响

锥面磨削和内孔同心度
