多任务机床上的夹头:B轴与副主轴

为什么多任务加工改变了夹头要求?

在传统CNC车床上,夹头只有一个任务:在单刀塔切削时,将棒料或毛坯保持与主轴轴线同心。在多任务机床上,同一个夹头位于一个密集得多的包络空间中。

有三件事发生了变化:

  • 刀具间隙。 B轴刀座围绕工件旋转和倾斜。夹头端部、螺母以及任何突出的棒料现在占据了刀具路径必须避开的空问。一个比必要宽度宽3 mm的夹头螺母可能让你损失整个零件系列。
  • 两次夹持事件。 副主轴在主主轴可能仍夹持零件时接料。两个夹头必须按协调顺序松开和夹紧,否则零件会被划伤、扭曲或掉落。
  • 冷却液和切屑负载。 贯穿主轴和贯穿刀具冷却液在这些机床上很常见。没有密封槽路径的夹头会泄漏,槽几何形状错误的夹头会成为切屑陷阱。

在实践中,多任务工件夹持是一个系统问题,而不是夹头问题。夹头是链条中的一个组件,该链条包括主轴端部、卡盘体、拉管以及每个工位的夹紧压力。

B轴刀具:刀座中应使用哪些夹头?

B轴是刀具侧轴,不是工件夹持轴。这里的夹头在动力刀座内夹持旋转刀具——钻头、丝锥、立铣刀、铰刀。

主要标准是ER(ER11至ER40)和TG(TG100、TG150)。ER夹头是实际默认选择,因为它们便宜、库存广泛,并且每个夹头覆盖1 mm的收缩范围。TG夹头保持更紧的公差,并且更好地抵抗拉出,这对于B轴头上的高进给铣削很重要。

两条B轴特定规则比夹头标准本身更重要:

1. 保持螺母轮廓低矮。 标准ER螺母可能是刀具组件中最宽的部分。在B轴朝向零件倾斜的地方,低轮廓或迷你螺母可以争取间隙。

2. 平衡组件。 B轴头在许多机床上以6,000–12,000 rpm旋转。不平衡的夹头螺母会表现为零件上的颤振和主轴轴承的过早磨损。

主主轴和副主轴:接料问题

副主轴是大多数多任务夹头故障的根源。理论上顺序很简单:主主轴停止,副主轴前进,副主轴夹头夹紧零件,主夹头松开,副主轴退回。在实践中,四个变量决定零件是否能存活。

1. 死长夹头与回拉夹头

回拉夹头在闭合时将工件向内拉。当零件完全在主主轴内时,这没问题。当副主轴已经夹持另一端时,这就成了问题,因为回拉会将零件拖向副主轴夹头,并可能划伤已加工表面。

死长(也称为固定或非回拉)夹头在径向闭合,没有轴向移动。在多任务机床上,只要涉及副主轴接料,主主轴中的死长夹头通常是正确的选择。

2. 夹持长度和Z位置重复性

夹持长度应至少为棒料直径的1.5倍,对于主主轴上的断续切削或重铣削,2倍更安全。低于1倍直径,夹头无法产生全部夹持力,棒料可能在B轴铣削过程中滑动。

Z位置重复性同样重要。如果主夹头的轴向挡块在循环之间漂移0.05 mm,副主轴在每个零件上都会继承该误差。

3. 两个工位的夹紧压力

主主轴和副主轴通常运行不同的拉管压力。主主轴额定40 bar的夹头在副主轴上以55 bar过度夹紧,会使薄壁零件椭圆化。相反,夹紧不足会导致滑动和刀具破损。

4. 端部直径和副主轴内孔

夹头端部必须在接料时避开副主轴内孔。如果端部太大,副主轴无法前进足够远以到达目标Z。如果太小,夹头无法夹持棒料。这是一个尺寸接口问题,不是偏好问题——而且这是“在车床上工作的夹头”在车铣复合上失败的最常见原因之一。

瑞士型和滑动主轴箱多任务:特殊情况

在瑞士型车床上,导套是主要的工件夹持元件,夹头位于其后。棒料滑过导套,夹头前进和后退以进给材料。然后B轴(或刀具排)在非常紧凑的包络空间中工作。

在这里,夹头和导套必须作为匹配对处理:

  • 棒料公差驱动两者。 h9公差的磨削抛光棒料与h11的冷拔棒料表现非常不同。导套内孔和夹头内孔必须一起选择,而不是独立选择。
  • 导套材料很重要。 硬质合金导套保持尺寸更久;钢导套对轻微棒料变化更宽容。两者都很常见。
  • 冷却液路径至关重要。 瑞士型机床在狭小空间内运行高压冷却液。具有开放槽路径且无密封的夹头会将冷却液喷入导套区域并干扰排屑。

如何为多任务机床指定夹头?

按照机床来工作,而不是按照目录。一个实用的顺序:

1. 映射每个夹持工位。 主主轴、副主轴、导套以及任何棒料送料器夹头。每个都有自己的内孔、行程和压力。

2. 首先确定接口尺寸。 主轴端部锥度、夹头端部直径、螺母螺纹和拉管螺纹。这些是不可协商的。我们的主轴接口指南列出了常见标准。

3. 每个工位选择死长或回拉。 在涉及副主轴或已加工表面的地方使用死长。

5. 指定材料和硬度。 淬火磨削弹簧钢是生产的基线。镜面抛光内孔减少不锈钢和铝上的摩擦,但增加成本。

6. 设置并验证压力。 每个工位独立,用压力表。

7. 运行首件检查。 在实际棒料上测量夹头端部的TIR,然后在距端部25 mm和50 mm处测量。

指示性公差预期

多任务夹头实际失效的地方

在我们制造和供应的夹头系列中,相同的失效模式在多任务平台上反复出现:

  • 端部喇叭口。 由过度夹紧或夹持长度过短引起。一旦端部张开,TIR会永久退化。
  • 槽开裂。 通常来自未密封槽中的切屑堆积,或高压冷却液环境中的热循环。
  • 螺母螺纹磨损。 在B轴头上频繁换刀的机床上更快。即使使用新夹头,磨损的螺母也会失去夹紧力。
  • 轴向漂移。 接料工位上的回拉夹头逐渐移动零件的Z基准。切换到死长可以解决。
  • 内孔腐蚀。 水基冷却液留在夹头上过夜。镜面抛光或涂层内孔更好地抵抗这一点。

这些都不需要新机床。它们需要正确的夹头规格和维护间隔。
