CNC加工光学调整架:平面度、螺纹与阳极氧化

光学调整架看起来很简单。一块带孔的铝块、几个螺纹孔、一个槽,也许还有一对运动学调节器。然后客户装上透镜,聚焦光束,当他们触碰调节器时,光斑移动了——或者调整架在桌面上晃动,或者螺纹拧到一半就卡住。几乎每一个光学调整架的失效都可追溯到三个规格缺口之一:从未标注的平面度、被假设而非明确规定的螺纹公差,以及被当作装饰而非尺寸工艺处理的阳极氧化。

光学调整架与普通机加工支架有何不同?

普通支架的评判标准是能否装配并固定。光学调整架的评判标准是能否在负载、温度变化和反复调节下保持位置——以及该位置是否可重复到微米级。

由此产生三个后果:

  • 基准比尺寸更重要。 即使每个尺寸都在公差内,如果安装面和光轴没有参考同一基准,调整架仍然可能无法使用。安装面、孔和调节器轴线上的GD&T标注比更紧的通用公差块更有价值。
  • 表面光洁度影响功能,而不仅仅是外观。 用于固定透镜或夹头的孔需要受控的Ra。隐藏面上的装饰性Ra标注只会增加成本。请参阅我们对如何规定和测量表面粗糙度的详细说明。
  • 调节接口会磨损。 螺纹调节器、紧定螺钉和夹紧螺钉会经历数百次循环。螺纹质量和材料硬度决定了调整架在实验台上使用一年后是否仍能保持。

对采购人员来说,实际要点是:光学调整架通常根据带有功能标注的图纸报价,而不是仅凭3D模型。如果你的图纸只有名义尺寸和通用公差,预计报价会包含假设——并询问这些假设是什么。

平面度:决定光学稳定性的规格

平面度是光学调整架图纸上最常见的遗漏项,也是在装配时发现代价最高的一项。

为什么这里平面度比平行度更重要

用螺栓固定在面包板或光学平台上的调整架会将界面处的任何误差传递到光轴。如果调整架底座凸起0.03 mm,拧紧螺钉时调整架会晃动,光束就会漂移。如果底座凹陷,螺钉会将底座向下拉并使其上方的孔变形——这更糟糕,因为变形会随着你调节螺钉而改变。

平面度是一种自参考控制:它表示表面位于两个相距固定距离的平行平面之间,不参考任何其他特征。这使其成为座面的正确控制方式。底座与光轴之间的平行度是另一个互补的标注。

以上数值为典型和指示性;正确数值取决于你的光束路径、波长和机械负载。对于大多数台式调整架,座面上0.02–0.05 mm是一个合理的起点。

平面度实际上是如何产生的

机加工调整架上的平面度不是一项加工设置——而是一条工艺链:

1. 毛坯选择。 铸造或挤压铝板比从长挤压型材切割的棒料更平整,因为去除材料时残余应力会不均匀释放。

2. 去应力。 对于大板或薄板,在粗加工和精加工之间进行去应力循环可防止零件在最终切削后弯曲。

3. 粗加工和精加工分开装夹。 粗加工去除0.5–1.0 mm,然后让零件稳定,再进行轻精加工走刀。这对薄壁几何形状尤为重要;我们的薄壁加工指南涵盖了变形力学。

4. 夹紧策略。 在薄腹板上用力夹紧的零件在松开时会回弹。真空夹具或精加工面上的轻压板可保持平面度。

5. 验证。 平面度在花岗岩平板上用千分表检查,或对更紧的标注使用CMM。询问检查方法,而不仅仅是数值。

如果平面度至关重要,请在图纸上说明并注明检查方法。知道该面将在平板上检查的供应商与假设用卡尺检查的供应商加工方式不同。

螺纹:光学调整架悄然失去重复性的地方

光学调整架上的螺纹分为三类,每类有不同的失效模式。

调节器螺纹(细牙,高循环)

聚焦和倾斜调节器通常使用细牙公制螺纹——M6×0.5、M8×0.5、M12×0.5——或英制等效螺纹如1/4-80。细牙每转提供更精细的分辨率,并更好地抵抗振动引起的回驱。

关键规格是螺纹等级。对于公制内螺纹,6H是标准中等配合;6G稍松,当阳极氧化会在螺纹上堆积时很有帮助。对于外螺纹调节器,6g是标准。如果你需要更紧的手感,可指定5H/6h——但要注意,紧等级加上阳极氧化加上镀层配合件可能产生咬死的过盈配合。

安装螺纹(粗牙,结构)

底座安装孔通常为M3、M4、M6或1/4-20。这里的风险不是分辨率,而是拉脱和滑丝。两条规则:

  • 在铝材中,结构连接的螺纹深度应至少为标称直径的1.5倍,如果连接会循环使用,则为2倍。
  • 不要在没有计划的情况下攻入阳极氧化面。 阳极氧化会向孔内生长并减小小径。要么遮蔽螺纹,要么在阳极氧化后攻丝,要么指定加大底孔钻头。

紧定螺钉和夹紧螺纹

这些是容易被滥用的螺纹。不锈钢紧定螺钉在阳极氧化铝螺纹中会咬死。常见的缓解措施:使用黄铜或尼龙头的紧定螺钉,指定螺纹嵌件,或让螺纹保持裸露(遮蔽)仅对周围主体进行阳极氧化。

阳极氧化:一种尺寸工艺,而非装饰工艺

阳极氧化是光学调整架项目最常出错的地方,因为它通常被规定为“黑色阳极氧化”,没有厚度或遮蔽说明。

生长数值是采购人员容易忽略的。阳极氧化是转化铝表面而不是在其上沉积,因此大约一半涂层厚度向外生长,一半向内生长。20 µm的Type III涂层在每个涂层表面增加约10 µm——这意味着6H螺纹孔实际上可能变成5H或更紧的孔,精密孔直径可能缩小20 µm。

光学调整架的实用阳极氧化规则

1. 说明厚度,而不仅仅是类型。 “Type II,10 ± 3 µm”是规格。“黑色阳极氧化”是愿望。

2. 遮蔽或后加工关键特征。 必须自由运行的螺纹、必须固定透镜或轴承的孔以及电气接触点应在涂层后遮蔽或加工。

3. 围绕涂层规划尺寸。 如果孔最终必须为Ø25.000 mm H7,则按预期生长量将其加工得偏小,并在阳极氧化后铰孔或遮蔽。

4. 注意锐边。 阳极氧化在尖角处堆积不均匀,可能崩边。0.2–0.3 mm的倒角或圆角可改善涂层质量和操作安全性。

5. 哑光黑并不总是均匀的。 染料吸收随合金和表面光洁度而变化。如果批次间外观均匀性很重要,请指定合金和阳极氧化前光洁度。

合金选择影响表面处理

6061-T6是光学调整架的默认选择:良好的可加工性、稳定,并且可预测地接受阳极氧化。7075提供更高的强度和刚度,但阳极氧化后颜色更深、外观一致性较差,并且如果涂层损坏更容易发生应力腐蚀。2024加工性好但耐腐蚀性较差。对于大多数光机工作,6061-T6是合适的默认选择,除非单位重量的刚度是驱动要求。

平面度、螺纹和阳极氧化如何相互作用?

它们以仅在装配时才会显现的方式相互作用:

  • 阳极氧化会缩小螺纹和孔。 在涂层前完美通过量规的调整架之后可能无法接受其调节器。规划顺序:加工、阳极氧化,然后用螺纹量规和针规验证。
  • 阳极氧化会使薄截面变形。 涂层过程涉及热循环和化学反应。加工后平坦的非常薄的腹板可能会轻微移动。对于关键平面度,规定在涂层后验证平面度。
  • 紧螺纹加硬涂层等于咬死。 Type III涂层螺纹与不锈钢螺钉配合存在咬死风险。使用裸露或遮蔽的螺纹、润滑接口或螺纹嵌件。
  • 平面度和夹紧相互作用。 平坦底座加上过紧的螺钉仍会变形。规定扭矩值,如果需要,使用垫圈或沉孔,使螺钉头坐在平坦表面上而不是倒角上。

图纸上应包含什么

一份能获得清晰、明确报价和功能零件的图纸通常包含:

1. 材料和状态(例如6061-T6)。

2. 基准方案:安装面作为主基准,光轴作为次基准。

3. 座面上的平面度,并注明检查方法。

4. 孔径、公差等级、圆度和Ra。

5. 带等级和最小深度的螺纹标注。

6. 阳极氧化类型、厚度、颜色和遮蔽说明。

7. 边缘倒角要求。

8. 任何涂层后尺寸验证要求。

问:CNC加工光学调整架应规定什么平面度?

答:对于大多数台式调整架,座面上0.02–0.05 mm是实用的起点;精密运动学调整架通常目标为0.01–0.02 mm。正确值取决于你的光束路径长度、波长和负载。始终说明检查方法——带指示表的平板或CMM——因为仅数值并不能告诉供应商该特征将如何验证。

问:阳极氧化会改变机加工光学调整架的尺寸吗?

答:6061-T6是默认选择:稳定、可加工,并且在阳极氧化下可预测,这对批次间外观均匀性很重要。7075提供更高的强度和刚度,但阳极氧化后颜色更深、一致性较差,并且对应力腐蚀更敏感。仅当刚度重量比是驱动要求且外观一致性次要时才选择7075。
