金属冲压可加工多种延展性金属,但适用于生产级零部件的实用选择包括碳钢、不锈钢、铝、铜和黄铜。材料选择取决于所需的抗拉强度、耐腐蚀性、导电性和每公斤成本,典型冲压公差范围从薄规格钢的±0.05 mm到软铝的±0.13 mm。

冲压作业的材料选择标准

冲压工艺——无论是级进模、深拉延还是精冲——对原材料提出了特定的力学要求。关键参数是屈服强度、延伸率和工作硬化速率。要使模具在不产生裂纹或过度回弹的情况下生产出一致的零件,材料必须表现出至少15%的均匀延伸率(适用于简单折弯)和25%的均匀延伸率(适用于深拉延杯形件)。BQUQ的工程团队会根据零件几何形状、冲床吨位(我们工厂通常为25至400吨)以及所需生产量来评估这些因素。

钢种:碳钢和不锈钢

低碳钢,特别是SAE 1008和1010,因其低成本和高成形性主导着冲压行业。这些牌号的屈服强度约为210 MPa,延伸率为30-40%,非常适合制造支架、外壳和汽车结构件。对于需要更高强度但无需热处理的零件,A572 Grade 50等高强度低合金(HSLA)钢可提供高达345 MPa的屈服强度,但其较低的延伸率(约18%)要求更谨慎的模具圆角设计以防止开裂。

铝合金:成形性与强度的权衡

由于电动汽车和消费电子产品的轻量化需求,铝冲压正在增长。最易冲压的合金是5052和3003。5052合金具有中等强度(屈服强度193 MPa)和优异的耐腐蚀性,是电池外壳和散热器底座的默认选择。3003合金较软(屈服强度145 MPa),但更便宜且更易深拉延,常用于厨具和汽车隔热罩。对于结构件,6061合金偶尔也会被冲压,但其较低的延伸率(10-12%)使其在较小圆角处容易开裂;我们通常对6061采用机加工而非冲压。

铝的较低密度(2.7 g/cm³对比钢的7.85 g/cm³)并不会降低冲压成本,因为其每公斤材料价格更高(5052为2.20至2.80美元/公斤),且由于铝的磨蚀性氧化层,模具磨损率高出三倍。铝材模具需要使用D2或M2钢并涂覆TiN涂层,才能在不修复的情况下实现超过50万次冲压的模具寿命。

铜和黄铜:电导率和热导率

铜合金用于电端子、连接器和散热器部件,这些应用中对导电性的要求不可妥协。纯铜(C11000)的电导率为101% IACS,但价格昂贵(8.50美元/公斤)且粘性大,容易在模具表面产生咬合。对于冲压,我们建议仅在平垫圈或简单折弯件上使用C11000。对于复杂连接器几何形状,铍铜(C17200)或磷青铜(C51000)在可接受的导电性下提供更高的强度。

对于重量不关键的结构支架和底盘零件,建议使用SAE 1008钢并镀8微米锌层进行腐蚀防护。如果零件必须轻于200克且工作温度低于150°C,请使用5052铝并做透明阳极氧化。对于承载超过5安培电流的电触点,选择C17200铍铜,尽管成本较高,因为它抗疲劳且保持低接触电阻。对于任何弯曲半径小于1倍材料厚度的零件,避免使用纯铜,因为它会撕裂。
