**重要提示:** 冲压公差取决于模具,而非操作人员。模具一旦制成,每个零件都相同——这正是该工艺的优势所在。但这也意味着**模具质量即零件质量**。最便宜的模具无法保证+\/-0.03mm的公差。

## 降低冲压件成本的7条设计规则

1. **保持轮廓简单。** 尖角需要特殊的模具结构。使用至少为材料厚度0.5倍的圆角半径。

2. **仅使用标准材料厚度。** 0.3、0.4、0.5、0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2、1.5、2.0mm——任何非标准厚度都意味着需要特殊采购带材并延长交货周期。

3. **孔径≥材料厚度。** 小于材料厚度的孔难以可靠冲制。

4. **槽宽≥1.5倍材料厚度。** 窄槽会削弱冲头强度。

5. **特征间最小间距≥2倍材料厚度。** 防止相邻孔之间撕裂。

6. **不要对所有尺寸都加严公差。** 冲压模具成本高昂;仅对影响功能的关键尺寸加严公差。

7. **为料带而设计。** 在料带中高效排样的零件可减少材料用量。在最终确定设计前,请向供应商索取排样建议。
