对于1,000件以下的试制批量,使用激光切割代替冲压。激光切割可保持±0.10毫米公差,设置成本为200至500美元,而简单模具需要5,000美元。但激光切割边缘有0.05毫米的热影响区,会降低疲劳寿命。如果您的零件在负载下循环使用,即使模具成本更高,冲压也是更好的选择。
