铲齿加工始于6061-T6铝(导热系数167 W/m·K)或C11000铜(391 W/m·K)实心块体。特制磨削刀具以受控深度横切块体,剥离出连续切屑形成鳍片。刀具旋转90度后加工下一个鳍片,该过程在整个底座宽度上重复进行。

铲齿工艺不适用的情况

铲齿并非普遍优于其他工艺。对于承受显著振动或冲击的应用,薄鳍片(0.3-0.5 mm)可能产生共振或弯曲。在10G振动谱下,鳍片根部的剪切应力约为15-20 MPa,低于6061-T6铝的276 MPa屈服强度,但超过100万次疲劳循环会在尖锐的鳍片根部圆角(典型0.05 mm)处引发微裂纹。在这种情况下,建议使用带鳍片护罩的铲齿散热器或较低鳍片密度(15 FPI)。

铲齿也无法生产封闭端通道、横切鳍片或阶梯底座。如果您的设计需要带内部通道的液冷板或带安装凸台和通孔的散热器,则需要二次CNC加工,增加15-25%的成本。对于超高产量(超过20,000件)且几何形状简单的应用,18 FPI的冷锻铝散热器可以30%更低的成本匹配铲齿性能,但模具成本将跃升至8,000-12,000美元。

材料选择与表面处理指南

铝和铜铲齿散热器的选择取决于热流密度和重量预算。6061-T6铝适用于25 W/cm²以下的热流密度。C11000铜适用于25-80 W/cm²,常见于大功率射频放大器和电动汽车逆变器。除非应用涉及低温或需要超高电导率,否则不要使用C10100无氧铜,因为其成本高出40%但无热性能优势。

另一个关键参数是无支撑鳍片高度。对于超过30 mm的鳍片,考虑每50 mm鳍片长度增加部分鳍片折叠或固定夹,以防止振动引起的疲劳。铝铲齿散热器的最高连续工作温度为200°C;超过此温度,6061-T6合金会失去回火状态而软化。铜可工作至300°C,但会氧化,降低辐射冷却的发射率——如果辐射在150°C以上是重要散热路径,请涂覆高发射率涂层(0.85)。

铲齿的最小鳍片厚度是多少?实际最小值为铝0.25 mm、铜0.20 mm,但低于0.35 mm时,组装过程中的搬运损伤会成为良率问题。大批量生产建议指定0.4 mm,以将不良率保持在1%以下。

铲齿散热器可以用于液冷吗?可以,但仅作为密封式液-空热交换器内的翅片表面。铲齿无法创建内部流道;这些必须单独机加工或成型。液冷外壳中的铲齿翅片芯在相同流量下比平面冷板提供30%更好的散热能力。
