对于杯形件、外壳、罩体和深径比超过0.5的零件,选择深拉深冲压。该工艺非常适合电池壳、传感器外壳和汽车机油滤清器。对于低于10,000件的试制或小批量生产,考虑使用液压成形或旋压替代硬模,因为深拉深模具调试每次迭代成本为人民币15,000至30,000元。
