**问:如何防止大型平板零件变形?** 增加加强筋(压筋),深度为0.5T,宽度为5毫米。这能将平面度公差从±0.3毫米提高到±0.1毫米,而无需二次校平。如果包含在级进模中,压筋图案不增加成本。
