“十四五”规划和2035远景目标纲要明确将先进制造、新材料和智能制造列为战略性方向。各省市对冲压企业购置伺服冲床、建设数字化车间提供15%-25%的设备补贴或税收抵免。特色产业集群效应显著:宁波的精密冲压、泊头的汽车冲压、东莞的电子冲压形成了完整的生态圈,使企业间的外协加工、模具共享和原材料集采成为可能,有效降低了单打独斗的运营成本。这些集群已不仅是产能聚集地,更逐步成长为共性技术研发和标准制定的策源地。

全球化布局:从出口产品到输出产能
过去,中国冲压件主要通过间接出口(配套整机)流向全球。现在,为规避贸易壁垒并响应客户的本地化要求,领先的冲压企业开始海外设厂。泰国、越南和墨西哥成为首选,围绕主机厂的冲压园区初具规模。2024年,仅在泰国罗勇府一地,中资背景的冲压工厂数量就增加了12家,主要为新能源汽车和家电客户配套。这种“产业链抱团出海”模式,将国内的供应链管理经验和成本控制能力复制到海外,成为中国冲压产业全球化的重要特征。

挑战与出路
中国冲压产业面临的挑战依然严峻。首先是人才断层:年轻一代从业意愿低落,高级模具钳工和工艺工程师的培养周期长达8-10年。其次是环保约束趋紧,东部沿海地区对冲压噪声、油雾排放的容忍度已降至极低水平,不少企业被迫搬迁或关停。第三是贸易技术壁垒的隐忧,部分国家开始对进口冲压件设置碳含量限制,而国内企业的碳核算体系尚处起步阶段。

突破的路径在于坚定的技术投资、管理数字化和全球化合规能力的同步建设。那些率先完成伺服化改造、建设数据中台、并在海外设立服务节点的冲压企业,正在从“被客户选择的供应商”变为“定义客户需求的合作伙伴”。中国冲压产业的真正升级,不是规模数字的叠加,而是每一个冲次背后所蕴含的技术深度和系统效率的质的飞跃。
