如何选择散热器供应商:热阻、鳍片设计与交期指南

热阻:首要性能指标

热阻是最重要的规格参数,因为它决定了散热器基板与环境空气之间的温升(ΔT)。计算公式为 ΔT = Rth × P,其中P为耗散功率。对于一个120W的IGBT模块,最高结温为125°C,环境温度为40°C,您有85°C的温升预算。如果导热界面材料(TIM)增加0.1 °C/W的热阻,那么散热器本身的热阻必须低于0.6 °C/W。

质量检验与测试协议
