在复合模中,落料凸模和冲孔凸模安装在同一块模板上,但相对于卸料板它们的作用方向相反。模具的设计使得凸模的外缘冲裁外形轮廓,同时内部凸模同步冲制孔。由于所有工序在一次行程中完成,工件无需重新定位,从而消除了累积定位误差。

问:复合模的典型模具寿命是多少?对于低碳钢,模具寿命为200,000至500,000次冲程后才需要重新刃磨。对于不锈钢,寿命降至80,000至150,000次冲程。凸模材料通常为D2工具钢,硬度为58-62 HRC。

问:如何判断我的零件是否太大而不适合复合模?最大落料面积受压力机能力限制。标准复合模可承受最大150吨的落料力,对应于2.0 mm厚低碳钢约150平方厘米的最大落料面积。更大的零件需要级进模或传递模。
