铝冲压的模具需要更大的弯曲半径、更大的间隙以及特定的表面处理,以防止磨损和铝料粘附。由于铝的杨氏模量约为69 GPa(仅为钢的200 GPa的三分之一),其回弹显著更高——通常比低碳钢大2到3倍。为补偿这一点,您的模具必须包含回弹补偿角,通常增加2到5度的过弯量,并且必须使用更紧的模具间隙(每侧为材料厚度的5%至10%,而钢为10%至15%)。

冲压铝零件推荐哪些表面处理?

冲压铝零件通常需要阳极氧化或粉末喷涂以提高耐腐蚀性和表面硬度,其中透明阳极氧化(5至10 µm)最为常见。裸铝会形成2至3纳米的自然氧化层,但这对于户外或高湿度环境是不够的。对于冲压散热器,黑色阳极氧化涂层(8 µm)将发射率从0.05提高到0.85,辐射散热能力提升高达40%。
