我们如何实现无毛刺、无变形的冲孔工艺

我们使用CNC控制的高速冲床(25至250吨)配合精密研磨的硬质合金模具。模具间隙设定为材料厚度的4–6%(单侧),从而消除超过0.03mm的毛刺。对于薄板(0.3–1.0mm),我们通过振动研磨机进行二次去毛刺处理。这确保了孔边缘光滑、网面平整——这对于气流和液体过滤应用至关重要。

我们用于穿孔板的材料及热处理工艺

我们常备不锈钢304、316L、430,镀锌钢Q235,铝5052及黄铜H62。对于需要耐磨性的工业筛网,我们提供T8和T10工具钢冲压板,硬度可达48–52 HRC。所有材料均附带材质证明,若您的使用环境要求耐腐蚀性,我们可在冲压后进行钝化或粉末喷涂处理。

我们支持的孔型及开孔率计算

可选择圆形、方形、长条或六角形孔。标准排列包括60°交错、45°交错及直线排列。开孔率可在20%至70%之间调整。例如,3mm间距、2mm孔径的60°交错排列可达到40.3%的开孔率——我们为您计算此数据,并在开制模具前提供DFM报告。我们也支持根据您的DXF或PDF图纸制作定制孔型,不收取模具设置费。

适用于长期批量网孔生产的模具寿命与维护

我们的硬质合金模具在重新刃磨前可冲压超过200万次。对于不锈钢,我们使用TiCN涂层冲头以减少粘着磨损。我们为标准孔径(1、1.5、2、3、4、5、6、8、10、12mm)备有备用模具库,因此补货订单发货更快。如果您的网孔是批量装配的一部分,我们还可集成卷料送料生产线,自动冲压并卷绕网材,降低您的处理成本。

每批网孔板发货前的检验流程

每批产品均经过3步检查:使用针规(分辨率0.005mm)检测孔径,使用三坐标测量机(CMM)检测节距和孔型,并在花岗岩平板用千分表检测平整度。我们随每批货物提供完整的尺寸检测报告。对于关键零件,我们使用基恩士系统进行100%光学扫描——绝不基于抽样猜测。

我们保证的冲压网孔表面光洁度与边缘质量

冲压面标准表面粗糙度为Ra 1.6µm。对于食品级或无尘室应用,我们可增加电解抛光至Ra 0.4µm。去毛刺后的边缘触感光滑,若您的应用涉及垫片或密封件,我们可在顶部边缘滚压出轻微圆角。我们还提供阳极氧化(铝材)和镀锌(钢材)处理,适用于户外机架和外壳。

穿孔冲压金属板的包装与交期

原型(1–20件)通过DHL或FedEx在5天内发货。生产批次(100–10,000件)在12–15天内发货。平板采用层间纸隔开包装以防刮伤,卷料网材缠绕在木轴上并加装护边。出口包装使用防潮VCI袋和符合ISPM-15标准的胶合板木箱。

如何为您的应用选择合适的孔径

对于电子产品的通风散热,建议使用2–3mm孔径配合40%开孔率,以平衡气流和EMI屏蔽效果。对于液体过滤,可从0.5–1mm孔径开始,若压降过高则增加开孔率。对于建筑装饰屏风,6–12mm的大孔径配合60%开孔率外观更简洁,但会降低板材强度——我们可通过折边或加框来加固边缘。如果您不确定,请将流量和颗粒尺寸发送给我们,我们将在一天内为您推荐合适的孔型。
