我们如何实现微孔冲压无变形、无毛刺

我们的25吨和40吨高速冲床以每分钟400次的速度运行,配备刃口圆角研磨至0.005 mm的钨钢模具。对于直径小于0.3 mm的孔,我们采用两步压印工艺——这能防止材料撕裂并保持孔壁垂直。我们将50 mm长度内的平面度控制在0.05 mm以内,这在多层滤网堆叠于歧管中时至关重要。每套模具在每5万次冲压后均进行磨损检测,确保您的批次与首件完全一致。

滤网所用材料及热处理工艺

我们常备304、316L、301不锈钢及磷青铜带材。对于医疗或食品接触应用,316L是我们的默认选择——它可通过72小时盐雾测试而无点蚀。若薄壁部位需要抗回弹性能,我们使用301全硬态材料,然后回火至45 HRC。C260黄铜可用于EMI屏蔽支架,我们还可按要求增加0.3 µm镀镍层。每批出货均附带材料证书,可追溯至原始钢厂。

每批出货前的检测项目

我们绝不盲目发货。每批产品均通过2.5D光学投影仪检测孔位和孔径,每批抽检10件——这能及早发现模具磨损。表面光洁度采用轮廓仪测量;冲压面Ra 0.8 µm,压印边缘Ra 0.4 µm。关键尺寸使用分辨率为0.001 mm的三坐标测量机检测,数据记录在PDF报告中,随装箱单一同提供。超差零件一律报废,绝不返工。

为何使用我们的冲压支架可省去二次加工

大多数冲压滤网在装配前需要去毛刺或整平——我们的产品无需这些工序。我们的模具在冲头侧设计有0.01 mm间隙,剪切区仅为材料厚度的10%。对于安装支架,我们将定位凹点和定位凸耳直接集成在冲压模具中,从而省去独立的机加工步骤。如果您的设计需要82°沉头孔,我们可在±0.5°范围内精确实现,无需二次钻孔。
