标准夹头有3个槽。这款有6个。更多槽意味着内孔能均匀收缩包裹棒料,将径向力分布在6个接触点上而非3个。与同尺寸3槽设计相比,圆棒料上的夹持扭矩提高了30%。对于您的自动车床,这直接意味着在重切削过程中因轴向拉出而导致的废品更少。圆孔几何形状采用单次磨削而非铣削加工,消除了导致成品轴表面划痕的微小扇形波纹。

材料选择与热处理,支持20,000次以上循环

我们选用20CrMnTi合金钢,而非廉价的45#钢。CNC加工后,在920°C下进行渗碳处理,并在油中淬火。渗碳层深度达到0.8–1.2 mm。芯部硬度保持在35–40 HRC以确保韧性,而表面硬度达到58–60 HRC以提供耐磨性。这种双重硬度特性意味着夹头即使在20,000次开合循环后仍能回弹至原始内孔直径。我们已在Citizen L20车床上使用304不锈钢棒料进行了内部测试——25,000次循环后内孔增长不超过0.003 mm。

可指定的圆孔公差等级

每个夹头内孔均磨削至H6或H7公差,具体取决于您的棒料公差。对于标准h9公差的冷拉圆棒,我们推荐H7内孔(20 mm内孔为0/+0.021 mm)。对于精密磨削棒料(h6),我们将内孔磨削至H6(0/+0.013 mm)。如果您进给的是挤压铝型材,我们可以将内孔扩大至H8以避免卡滞。只需告知您的棒料公差,我们就会匹配相应的内孔等级——在25型范围内定制等级不收取额外费用。

每次发货前检验:跳动与内孔测量

每只夹头均在定制心轴上使用0.001 mm千分表进行检测。我们测量内孔口部及25 mm深度处的跳动。两个读数必须≤0.005 mm,否则夹头将返回磨削工位。内孔直径使用气动量仪验证,重复精度为±0.0005 mm。我们还使用销规检测槽宽——每个槽必须在标称值0.02 mm以内。这不是抽样检验。每件产品均经过检测,并随货附上检测报告。

与常见自动车床主轴的兼容性

25型轮廓符合DIN 6341标准,因此适用于大多数日本和欧洲自动车床:Citizen、Star、Tsugami和Tornos。拉回角度标准为30°,但如果您的 spindle 使用专用锥度,我们可以加工20°或45°角度。头部直径为25.4 mm(1英寸),长度为80 mm。如果您需要针对特定主轴鼻端的不同头部直径,我们可以在CNC加工前调整毛坯尺寸——多槽图案本来就是CNC加工的,因此非标尺寸不会影响我们的效率。
